Amish Furniture Gallery

In late February 2013 my wife and I bought two pieces of furniture from this store, totaling over $ 4k. We were moving from Illinois to Texas, so we wanted the pieces shipped to Texas. We were told it would be a 14 week lead time. When we didn’t receive any calls, I had to call numerous times to find out the exact date and then after 16 weeks was told it would be a few more weeks. The furniture showed up after 17 weeks and it had damage to it.
We then contacted the shipping company and left them numerous message, and called the store to ask for their help. Unfortunately the shipping company was not the freight company and the freight company had a 10 day limitation on all claims Now we have a $ 2000 amish wine case which has damage and have no way to get a insurance claim.
I would recommend not purchasing from this company due to their lack of customer service after the sale, and their freight company, PackShipUSA.
