Bull Tavern

Although it definitely has had some upgrades, this place keeps it’s divey ambiance. The hubby and I walked in to grab a quick drink and kill some time. The bartender was very friendly, asking all the right questions about how I wanted my tequila and pineapple.
It was about 2 pm on a Saturday, so there were just a hand full of regulars trickling in, mostly drinking beers. We decided to play some pool, they have 2 tables in a really spacious part of the bar (which is surprising bc the place looks tiny from the outside). We did two rounds, and after murdering my husband, next round was on him! As we heading to the bar there was a wild turkey siting! Seriously, wild turkies running around in the front, it was pretty funny and random.
The place was very clean, which is mostly why I didn’t consider it a dive. It is also very well lit. The beers on tap was decent and they even have packs to go. I would definitely return, as I had good customer service and prices were decent.

This place really turned around. It used to be a real dive, but the new owners really fixed it up. The bartender was friendly, the drinks were good. Didn’t get a chance to try the food yet, but the menu looked decent. Not a fan of the smoking indoors, but other than that we had a great time here.
