This company was sent out through our home warranty twice. During the whole process, the company was unprofessional, not returning our calls, saying they lost our paperwork, and not explaining prior to a service call that we needed reapproval from our warranty company. On the second call, the technician put sealant in out 8 year old system that had a leak. Well, instead of actually looking for the leak and fixing it, the sealant was a quick fix, we learned afterwards. The sealant they put in actually sealed inside half of the coils in our system. Now, we have to replace the whole unit and it will cost us 4x what it would have cost to have a competent person fix the leak in the first place. It is only after the fact that I found out that most hvac technicians do not use sealant for this exact reason. After complaining to our warranty company, the only time that priority comfort called was to rudely tell us that the warranty company was refusing to pay them because of our complaint. I have never written a review about a company because I generally feel that reviews are often skewed and unfair, bit I felt it was necessary to warn others about this company before others have the same problem. Because of their poor service, we have been without working air conditioning for a month and a half thus summer.

One star for showing up. No more stars due to not sending my claim to insurance, not returning phone calls or text messages. There was a heat wave and I have two kids and a dog that have been displaced for a week now. The overall lack of comfort as a priority has left me to believe they do not know how to operate as a business.
