After completion of my orthodontia treatment, I was given hard plastic tray retainers to use (6 months all day and night, then only at night after). I was initially disappointed, because I had wanted bonded retainers, but I decided to give these ones a go. Within a few months, they were already warping and my front teeth shifted relatively slightly out of alignment. I made a return appointment to see about possibly getting a different type of retainer to have my front teeth pushed back into alignment, then get a bonded retainer once that was achieved. What I came out with, was paying for another plastic retainer, but this time made using impressions of how my teeth are currently (why would I want that? Why not just give me a new retainer with my initial impressions?), and a suggestion to spend $ 2K+ on an Invisalign treatment. My teeth are very slightly out of alignment, there is absolutely no need for that. I’ve done a fair amount of research to know there are better options than this.
Bottom line, I’m going to consult with a different orthodontist for other options. Stoute was great DURING my orthodontia treatment, but I got the feeling this time that I wasn’t as important a patient now that I’m not doling out a few thousand dollars. On a more positive note, the staff was still very friendly!

Great place to go! Very generous and cooperative with many things that we need to know. Also, good for all disabled people!

Never had to wait long for my appointment. The customer service is good but overall was disappointed with the experience. My crown came out the very next day and I had to come back in which is extremely inconvenient. And I felt more like a number than a patient.

The staff here are so friendly and I have never had to wait a long time for my appointment!
