Despite being 2,300 miles away, Cheaper Than A Geek came through and helped me remotely within a few hours. Yesterday afternoon I was preparing for an online job interview when my system crashed. This morning, Christopher was able to repair the software problem and get me up and running in time for the rescheduled job interview. Total turnaround time was only 12 hours. I confidently used Cheaper Than A Geek when I lived in Maryland, and was happy to find out they could fix my problem despite the distance and time differences. Cannot seem to get past the phone service they use. My first call went to their phone service and the service could not tell me if they had a service location in my area (was mobile and using my phone). Hung up and used my phone to locate the address. Went to the address and did not see them. My second call again went to the phone service while I was sitting at the business address the phone service was unable to find me anyone to talk to or verify the address and kept citing they were the «after hours phone service» and had no information. They said they could have someone call me back, I waited 10 minutes in my car then I took my business elsewhere.
