I had a leak at the ceiling of a bedroom and their property management team helped me with the situation in a promptly and professional way.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I just moved into a condo in the area and there was a leak in the condo below me. To diagnose the leak they cut 2 unnecessarily huge holes in my bathroom wall and after hours of going back and forth between condos, fount that it was a small nail sized hole in the pipe behind my toilet. There was no reason for the holes that they cut to be as big as they were. The holes they cut in the wall were way bigger than they needed to be to examine the pipe and they didn’t even tell me they were cutting the holes until after they cut them.
Not only that, when they called to tell me the details of what the problem was, they told me it was a hole in the y-​union pipe. When the plumber came, he said there was absolutely no y-​union pipe there. The hole was in some other type of pipe. They are so disorganized that they can’t even communicate the problem properly. When you speak to them on the phone they are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They seem extremely disorganized!
Terrible terrible terrible customer service!
Oh and they are billing me for time and materials to fix whatever holes they made in the condo below mine (which means they’ll probably take their sweet time to do it so they can charge me more)
