I have not experienced any problems. Office staff has been friendly and helpful. Best part is I feel 100% better! No hot flashes or night issues plus I feel mentally and physically better.

So, I went there. The«free» hormone analysis was a short questionnaire on the website, that it would appear no one ever looks at, and/or a stack of pages to fill out regarding your personal health history. Then their TV personality looks it over with you. She’s very charismatic. She exhibited enough shock that I was even able to walk in, as out of wack as my health history indicated, then she launched right into the sales pitch. How they would be able to help me feel like I was 20 again, but I had to sign a contract to continue the treatments for a large monthly fee to be auto-deducted from my bank account, pay $ 500 up front, have some blood tests done, and schedule a follow-up to go over your results & get your first treatment.(Mind you, no doctor has looked at anything yet.) When you’re desperate, you’re desperate. So I agreed. Well, I come in & meet with the«doctor», who turns out to be a Nurse Practitioner. So I give her the benefit of the doubt, because I know many NP’s that are competent. She tells me that my lab work came back normal. Then she proceeds to talk to me about my symptoms & how none of their usual treatments would help me… BUT… she had a webinar scheduled with her«colleagues» the following Monday, and would discuss my case, come up with a plan, and let me know asap. Still desperate for relief, I agreed. That Monday came & passed… and the rest of the week. So I begin calling, looking for some kind of update. After two weeks of trying to get some kind of answer, and not getting through to anyone other than the receptionists(they’re like bouncers… I mean I couldn’t get them to put me through to ANYONE. And everyone I asked for was«Not In», every time I asked to speak with someone else), I accepted the fact that I had become an abandoned patient. By this time though, the first auto-deduct had already gone through. So now I had to continue to call, almost every single day, to ask the receptionists to stop the auto-deduct and refund my money. They started out sounding sincere & sympathetic, telling me the office manager had approved it, but it would take 30 – 45 days to show up in my account. So after 45 business days, when it hadn’t shown up in my account, I began calling again. Now I was being told that they would have their accountant«review» my contract, and if there is any refund due, I would receive it. Several calls after that, I was being told that if I didn’t hear from them, there’s nothing more to be done. By this time I had repeatedly told each of three receptionists I spoke with my lengthy story, and they had gone from sounding sincere and sympathetic, to confused, then exasperated. Finally I had to involve an outside mediator, and after I filed a complaint with them, suddenly the money showed up in my account within 24 hours. You’ve been warned.

Terrible customer service. I have been dealing one month for a refund and they have never returned my phone call. They will also say that you will be given an appointment with a Doctor and its actually with a sales person. I also researched in the internet that the Dr that overlooks the clinic had his medical license revoked twice.
