Loft is my favorite store! Almost everything I own comes from here. I literally look like a walking Loft add everyday! You can get anything you need from dressy, business to casual, in any fit — curvey, slim, petite.etc. I’m in my 40’s and it can be hard to find age appropriate outfits in other stores. I find they’re either too young or too old. The Loft is perfect for me. I have never had an issue with the employees being rude or ignoring me when I need help as some others have reported. Everyone has been helpful and friendly.

I was in Ann Taylor Loft this afternoon. Store was completely empty of customers. The sales people didn’t even look at me, or wouldn’t. They were too engrossed in their own conversation of what clothes they tried on. I stayed in there for 10 mins looking, was going to try on some jeans. Not one word to me, and I didn’t know which clothes were part of the sale. So forget it. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Im stunned by the first review of this place! I have been here several times during my lunch break or after work because Loft always has some type of sale going on. And staff is never nice or friendly! I walked in yesterday and both sales people just glared at me. One was blonde middle aged, didnt offer me a dressing room when I had a arm full of clothes. Just looked at me like what are you doing here… and the other brown haired lady just ignored me. I assume her to be the manager. She was putting displays up just had the meaniest scoul on her face. Didn’t say hello or smile at me. She came to help the other sales girls with a 6 person deep line at the cash register and just said to people who she rang out, are you ready? Not hello, hi, or did you find everything you needed? RUDE RUDE RUDE.

I love the Loft! This location always has a good sale going, the staff is friendly and it is a pretty large location with a good selection of petites.
