Bright, spacious and organized, DSW makes shopping in a shoe warehouse simple. All of the shelves are waist-​high, which makes it easy to see different styles across the aisles. Display shoes are evenly spaced apart, as are the boxes of different sizes below. Most shoes on the display come have a full size run in stock. Otherwise, shoe are moved into the clearance in the back of the store. There are always plenty of deals on the sale rack.
DSW has something for everyone: fashion shoes and sneakers for men and women, trendy styles and styles for the elderly. If you’re looking for a quality designer shoe that won’t fall apart after a year of wear, and also won’t break the bank, DSW is for you.

I was slightly disappointed with this DSW. The staff was great and friendly, but the selection lacks from the other area DSWs. Rarely have I seen the upscale designer shoes here like I do at the Rookwood store.
All in all is a good place for shoe shopping in Northern Kentucky, but if you have the time — head to Cincinnati for a better selection.

This DSW location is pretty awesome. I love their huge clearance section! Already discounted shoes on clearance?! Heck yes! I’ve gotten so many designer shoes for like $ 10-​$ 20! Service is always good too!

As someone who hates paying retail for anything DSW fits the bill. That being said, shoes are probably one of the least often purchased items I own.
DSW sells good top quality shoes at limited quantities. Their buyers buy from closeouts and liquidations. One of the reasons I pop in from time to time is that I have been looking for a new pair of black Dr. Martin low quarters. The pair I have is getting old and every once in a while DSW will have a few pairs. Whenever they have them, they’re much cheaper than other shoe stores.
I’ve been surprised by what I’ve seen at their stores. You really can get a fantastic, often 50% or more, deal on shoes. You do have to be careful because like any other retailer there are items priced at the street price… I suppose everything cannot be discounted or they’d lose money… and they have loss-​leaders to get people in.
Also, all of the DSW stores have a bargain rack in the back with color-​coded deeper discount stickers. This is where they clear out their stock and also where the deepest discounts can be found. I’ve gotten some fantastic deals back there.
Be sure to sign up for their rewards program where you accumulate points for purchases that turn into gift certificates at certain intervals. They’ll even send you a coupon on your birthday.

I think this store is great! Not only is it huge, but they have great prices!
In my visits, I’ve found Nike shoes (the casual, sneaker kind), a great pair of orange sandals on clearance and other wonderful finds! There is plenty of parking and it’s away from the most congested areas of Crestview Town Center.
In addition to having more helpful employees than the Rookwood location, it’s also all on one level, no escalator.

Sure this place is huge… and it has tons of discounted shoes. Should automatically make it awesome, right? Well, yes, it does. But this place also has stellar customer service – the kind you’d expect to find at tiny boutiques with exorbitant prices.
Crestview Hills’ DSW gives you much more than you’d expect from a «discount store.» The Southern belle who assisted me told me about the upcoming sales, informed me of the brands that held up the best, and carried around my «maybes,» should any unscrupulous shopper want to buy my size.
Though I don’t think prices are more discounted than the same brands at department stores, I loved the variety. The staff was far more welcoming than any shoe schlepper I’ve met at an anchor store, so I’m sure I’ll return next time my footsies need to be adorned.
