I just started spinning si I’m no pro. Thus was my 4th class. Rusty was fanatastic. Music was great and pushed us then backed off, then pushed us more.

I moved to the area about a year ago and checked out 4 of the local fitness facilities. They were either toooo small, not clean, or factory style… Not for me. Energy Fitness is the one I chose. The classes are great. Its very clean with a nice vibe. My personal Trainer is fantastic… I’ve lost weight, feel great, and always feel welcome going there.

small gym — empty most of the time — only offer a couple of classes –mostly spin classes — sign says Zumba but they have no Zumba — too expensive for the area and what they offer — just a basic gym with workout equipment/​treadmills/​some trx and spin room-​demotivating since its always empty –for $ 80 a month you can find alot better-​another gym 2 blocks away has the same equipment and a cardio movie viewing room and only chgs $ 19.95 month — the guy here at the front desk does not seem happy — this gym has no sauna or steam room — they have showers and it’s clean– no problem getting on equipment since no one there. with lack of customers it seems like it won’t be ariund too long — this gym has a few big tv’s
