Horrible prices, horrible service. DO NOT USE this company. They are not straight forward, they will sell you items you do not need. They will rip you off. The rest of the propane outfits in Crescent City are bad also — it is just this one is the worst.

Do not use this company, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I applied for a propane tank for my rental house on Saturday, Sept 18^th I had not heard from anyone by Wednesday Sept 22^nd so I called and was told the tank would be delivered on Friday. On Thursday I received a call that the driver was sick and could they deliver on Monday, which I agreed to. On Monday two hours after the scheduled delivery time I received a phone call stating that the delivery driver was still sick and could I wait until Wednesday for delivery. Today, Tuesday I received another call to «verify» what I would be using the propane for because my application only stated for cooking, I confirmed that yes the only propane item I currently have in my home is my stove/​oven. To this I am told that they are unable to give me a tank because a stove doesn’t use that much gas and I should just get one of those tanks that comes with a barbecue and set it at my gas line and just take it to the gas station once a year to refill it. I asked the lady if she seriously thought I would only need a 5 gallon tank for a year of cooking, to this she replied well you might need a 10 gallon tank. I don’t know what planet she is cooking on but I can go through 10 gallons of propane just barbecuing a couple of times a week for the summer. Mind you I have been waiting 10 days at this point with no gas for my stove! I guess I will go to Suburban Propane and hope that they have it together.
