Scaturro’s Pizzeria & Cafe

1^st time ordered plain pie & broccoli for delivery — was quoted 45 – 60 mins on a Fri nite before the storm but arrived in 20 which was fine since i usually microwave to reheat & pizza keeps its original form (better earlier than expected than later). Person taking order & delivering very friendly.
Asked for thin – was perfectly thin from the 1^st bite to the last except maybe near the ends on a couple of slices. Cooked just right (golden brown – no burnt areas). Was pretty good but could have used more sauce (did have a bit of oil). Broccoli bites were soft but so-​so taste.
Total with tax/​tip came to $ 25 which is reasonable.
I may try this place again if they’re willing to give «extra» sauce w/​o charging for it & if it changes my rating I’ll adjust this review.

Great food, clean, friendly, good service, pleasing mood music (not too loud). Just wish wine could be ordered (is byob).

Eh. Their plain pie with thin crust is pretty good, but the buffalo pizza has a very cheap blue cheese taste and we didn’t like it very much (have had much better buffalo pizza at the Trattoria in Summit– so good, it’s worth the drive.) I would probably get plain pizza again but I wouldn’t order anything else off the menu. Chicken fingers taste really bad the next day too.

The food is good i order from here often through Eat24. Their delivery time is aweful a Cold Sub and Cheese Fries takes over 45mins, and WHOM EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IS RUDE. No customer service training what so ever and needs to be fired

I have tried so hard to like this place, but it continues to disappoint me. The pizza is just OK. My husband likes the wings but that’s about it. The calzone is pretty much bread with a small line of cheese going through maybe a third of the actual calzone. Just ordered the Rigatoni Vodka with Grilled chicken and chicken tastes like garbage and macaroni is mush. Oh and the 25 little 15 year olds behind the counter make for a painful order experience.

Scaturro’s is great. Love their specialty pies as well as the simpler, more traditional ones. Their dwlivery times are on point, and have never had any issues with the quality of their food or the service.
I still have to go one day and have a sit-​down meal and enjoy a glass of wine (BYOB)

This is the best little pizza joint in Clark, NJ. We found it by mistake yet we love the place. The best chicken parm in the area. The owner is very nice and most day available. The place is small and they take reservations which will force you out. There are people that make reservations and the tables are not available do you must leave. Due to this, I cannot give it a better rating.

Just ordered for the first time even tho I live close and drive by it almost everyday. We got calamari app, «the boss» sandwich and chicken parm. Everything was really great ! Calamari was still crunchy when delivered, hate when. Its soggy. both sandwiches were a decent size, and very tasty … Delivery was quick and both the person I spoke to on the phone and delivery boy were extremely friendly and polite !

I love this place. The food is so good. I have yet to be disappointed whenever we over here for lunch when I am at work. My favorite sandwich is the Captain, its delicious. The star for me is the Cobb salad. One of the best I have ever had.

We went back to eat in after the positive take out experience. One of my daughters had the pizza and liked it. My other daughter had ravioli and cleaned her plate. I had a baked penne dish which was outstanding and my wife had a clam sauce which was also very good. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. As if to seal the deal of such a good meal a rainbow appeared outside which stopped everyone’s meals to get pictures. It was a memorable dinner for sure. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I have no idea why this place has such a low rating. I have lunch hear at least twice a month. They have really great sandwich specials; keep a lookout for the sausage and broccoli rabe on garlic bread. The chicken parm sand. is one of the best I’ve had. Their regular and sicilian pizzas are really good. The staff has always been nice and friendly and the service is good.

Reccommended by a friend, and was not disappointed. Ordered a chicken parm roll, cobb salad, and a margherita pie. On a Sunday afternoon, i figured it would take at least an hour to be delivered and it wound up being like 20 minutes. Pizza was good, chicken parm roll was really good — enough sauce inside the roll, plus a side of extra sauce — and the cobb salad was good too. Will definitely order again.

Their pizza is decent, certainly better in the area. Don’t bother ordering here on a weekend night though they are too busy to make anything more than a cheese or one topping pizza and don’t you dare ask for half of one topping and half of another. They refused to make a Buffalo Chicken pizza, fine it’s a little more work no problem we’ll order something else. Absolutely refused very rudely to make a half pepperoni/​half veggie pie. Never mind then, there are a dozen other pizza places in a two mile radius that are happy for our business, so we called one of them and had a great meal of what we actually wanted to eat.

This place is getting better and better. Their specials are usually on point and they have the best chicken parm sub around.

Cant deny the food is great, heard they have new owners but same cook. But reall 1hour 45 minutes for delivery … Ill be back hope the pizza is still the same, and the sauce seemed a bit sweet for me. Id give it a try if you never have

My family and I wanted pizza one night last week, but have tired a bit of the local places. We remembered this place, and decided to give it a shot. We called and ordered a plain pizza for pick-​up. It was ready in fifteen minutes. My parents thought the pizza was a bit on the greasy side, but I really enjoyed it, so I would return and give it another try before adding it to our regular pizza rotation.

My husband and I just moved to the area and wanted to find a place to try for dinner. A few of our new neighbors highly recommended Scaturro’s.
I have to say that our meal was absolutely delicious!
We ordered the Shrimp Diavolo & Michelle’s Rigatoni.
The shrimp had the right amount of spices & the sauce in Michelle’s Rigatoni, reminded me alot of my grandmothers.
The prices were pretty reasonable as well.
We will definitely go back again!

Had delivery from here to our hotel! Yay! Good pizza and on time deliveries! The garlic cheese bread is not the best, but the pizza is quite good. We ordered extra garlic on ours which was probably a mistake as I will not be kissing my husband the rest of the evening. I had meatball slice, it was delicious. Only complaint is the pizza could have used more sauce.

I got delivery of this place. Got a thin crust pepperoni and garlic pizza and some garlic cheese bread. I liked the pizza. It had a good crust and flavorful cheese. A little light on the sauce. The garlic kind of overpowered things, but that was my fault not theirs. I didn’t really care for the garlic cheese bread. It was a little too sparce on cheese and it was smashed together upon arrival. It’s a fairly expensive place as well ($ 20 for a pizza and breadsticks). They have a full menu here as well.
