Good bargains on accessories when they are on sale. I actually like their dress pants when they are available in petite/short. However they don’t sell a lot of the short pants in this location, so what I do is try them out and order online. There’s also an option online to try clothes at the store if not in stock. Most of their tops and the pretty eva mendes dresses/collection do not fit me well. I suggest trying things out bc the size seems larger here even if the label says petite. Not impressed by the customer service here in the last possibly 9 months. Wait is always long not because there are a lot of customers, but it seems they are understaffed or staffed with people who need better training. Ex: my 2nd to the most recent visit, it was a weekday at 10:30 am. there were 3 associates working but I waited 15 mins and pretty much same as my most recent visit. The associates are not attentive. On my last visit, the manager didn’t even help the new cashier when there was a line forming. The lady in front of me was having issues and the new girl kept asking the manager and she just kept saying the same things instead of showing her what to do. Rarely do they greet you. Most stores have associates that greet/acknowledge you(it isn’t a big deal for me to be greeted, but I notice things like this bc I worked in retail and we were taught to greet and acknowledge anyone and everyone).

This New York & Co is about a half an hours drive from three other stores of the same. That being said, if you are looking for cheap bargain items this is not the location. Go to the Grove City Outlets where they have the same clothing, but cheaper at the NY&Co there. Aside from that this location has womens clothing for the office, casual wear, or for a night out at a reasonable price. Their inventory is constantly changing and they are always having sales. The only bad part about this location is the parking. During the day hours it is fine, but when it is busy during the weekends you may find yourself parking across the plaza and hiking your way to the store.
