I have been a loyal customer for the Cranberry location for about a year and a half now. The girls that works there were always nice. Just to pre worn, I thought the tanning package was a good idea. It is an automotive payment and you are able to put it on a freeze, you just have to sign a contract. Well keep that contract. I made the mistake of not holding on to mine and once I realized three months later that they were still charging me the full amount even though on my records it shows NO tanning they just said sorry and you have to come back in and cancel. No customer service at all. And the billing company is awful.
