Just left there with my less than warm food and enough bad customer service to last long enough to never come here again. First: the lady taking my order was nice, yet kept asking me to repeat my order. After I’m watching all of them as though is just a girls night out, and not paying attention to anything, I ask the older lady for pink sweet and low packets, she’s so engaged in chatting she clearly had a problem hearing me, chatted some more, then brings me yellow packets. I said no the pink ones. Then she takes her time bringing me the correct ones I asked for in the first place. Then as I’m driving away, one decided a to say(in full attitude) «it’s the same thing, I don’t know why they put it in 2 different colors» Let me gladly educate you. 1. They aren’t the same thing, if they were, they wouldn’t be in different colors. 2. Yellow packets(sucralose), blue packets(aspartame), or pink packets(saccharin) 3. I don’t even work in the food SERVICE/customer SERVICE industry, yet I seem to know the difference. 4. Take some initiative, open up the packet, maybe lick it, see if they all taste the same. This Wendy’s sucks. Especially because I’m sure the one with the perfectly timed, as I’m driving away comment, was by a manager. This place used to be very good and friendly. Now, it’s a joke.

All i can say is that i usually love wendys, but this time was horrible. Food was ok but my feet stuck to the floor. Hadnt been mopped since they opened. Rugs were dirty and overall it was cold and drafty. I think next time ill drive a bit further to steer clear of this place!

It is well designed and nice to have one in covington. It’s really a hit or miss when it comes to the freshness of the food. I usually go late at night(1145-12)on my way home from work at hospital; and there is one manager who was super friendly and usually makes sure the food is actually fresh. Drive thru is big, but very poorly designed if you are parked there. Haven’t been to the bathroom or had front customer service. So 3 stars until I do. Still need improvement on freshness for food.

I was very dissatisfied with this restaurant. The food was dry and cold It did not taste well. I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all. They have a lot of things they need to fix especially being a new restaurant.

Went inside and nobody was at the register. A woman who was not a cashier came over and took my order and then called for the cashier to finish the order. The woman who was called over wasn’t very customer friendly. I got my order in good time. I threw away my receipt after getting my order which is unfortunate because there was some weird fuzz(hair?) in the chicken nuggets. I have a picture that I will post as well. And I was going to call them to let them know what happened but they have no phone number available for that location.

Cool day outside and about 40 degrees inside. Turn off the AC. Ordered a ¼ juicy burger which was far from. It was dry like no other ive had before. How can they possibly call it juicy. The bright spot was the french fries which were hot and salted nicely. Wont be back.

Ok so I have so say so hit and miss and more miss! Most of all one of the worst parking lots ever, terrible restrooms, and it seems only when the first time when you first opened the food was good. Bummer because this was one of the few places you could count on a great meal for a good price and we were so excited to have one in covington!

I love having a Wendy’s in Covington now! Parking can be tight, but that’s because they had to fit into a developed area instead of being built at the same time as surrounding stores. It works well to park on Fred Meyer parking lot side best. The food has always been perfect and employees are very nice. Since Wendy’s is the only fast food joint we frequent, it made us happy to see Wendy’s come to Covington!

Seriously hate this place. Parking lot is poorly designed. If you park in the wrong spot, you could be blocked in for up to 20 minutes by drive thru traffic. Or you could also be blocked by drive thru traffic if you are just trying to go to Fred Meyer. Counter staff has less personality than a rock. Food is seriously greasy and messy, fries are oversalted.

I’m SO happy that we now have a Wendy’s in Covington! The interior is very nice. They were fully staffed and service will only improve as the staff gets more experience and the«opening rush» dies down a bit. All of the food that we’ve had was well prepared and, even with as busy as they have been, we’ve never had an error in our order. The reason for the 4 rating is the parking situation as it relates to the drive-through. The location didn’t lend itself to a good traffic flow so the drive-in line(when there are 10+ cars) can cause gridlock.

These guys are only going to get better! I brought my family in for lunch and we left very, very happy! Employee knowledge at the register was a little lacking. We asked what sauce was on the grilled chicken wrap and she didn’t know. BUT… After picking up our order and sitting at our spotless table, we began to eat and enjoy the meal and our rare family times together. Soon after, the team member that gave us our food brought us two chocolate frosties for the kids for free! She said our kids looked a little old(8&11) for the current toy that came with the kids meal and she figured they would enjoy a frosty much more. What a class act! Employees are not just working to clear the line, they are actually invested in the individual guest. Many thanks and high hopes for a great spot in Covington!

Welcome to Covington Wendy’s. You really dropped the ball when you designed your drive through. There are always 10 or so cars, to the point where they are blocking traffic in Fred Meyer’s parking lot. Crew is not up to speed as of yet. A faster crew might make this smoother. As of now though, expect a 10 — 15 minute wait in the drive through. The food is what you would expect from Wendy’s. Also, bad choice of pickles. Sweet pickles on a burger make me want to choke.
