We love the lunch Buffet. Great pizza. We have never had anything we didn’t like. Any issues we have ever had have been resolved very well. They take great care of their customers

Came in to enjoy a few drinks and dinner with friends and had a great experience! The bartender Nick did a fantastic job bouncing from table to table to make sure everyone was doing well and had full glasses. He was friendly and entertaining. Our sever Alex was very welcoming. She was quick with our order and made sure we had everything we needed. These two ran the bar and made a perfect pair. Could not have asked for a better bartender and server!

Fist time I came here was about two years and it was delicious .I ordered my favorite type of pizza which pepperoni and I got a medium personal pizza which was excellent. The service was pretty good for with home many people were there. I enjoy coming especially since it’s a short drive from my place. Bottom line: great pizza excellent service.

Out of all the Rocks I’ve been to, Covington is one of my favorites. Their staff is friendly and they provide excellent customer service. It does get a little busy on Friday nights, but that’s a given. I love the pizza and the mozzarella bread is tasty too!

Take the family out here, and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is outstanding, the wait staff is out of this world. The price was a little expensive. However the quality of food that you get definitely meets the price. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody with a family, or a group of friends. The atmosphere is definitely upbeat. The only negative aspect that I have is with everybody talking and it music playing loud the noise level is extremely high. Other than that I definitely would be returning to this place in the near future

I haven’t Unilocaled in awhile but this was necessary. We received a gift card for this restaurant and hadn’t eaten here in awhile so decided to use it for lunch. I ordered the short rib dip and fries. My friend ordered the steak bacon burger with fries. Mediocre. The short rib dip bun was too soft, there was two pieces of meat on each side of the bread. Cheese was nice and melty. The fries had an after taste of fruit loops? Lol, yes fruit loops. I sent back majority of my plate, definitely wasn’t taking that for leftovers. My friend ate their food but said it was just ok nothing to Unilocal about. Pretty much everything was flavorless except the strawberry lemonade. Disappointed. Maybe a pizza would’ve been better.

Amazing food, HORRIBLE service! I don’t know who owns/manages this location, but I will never go back and I live 5 minutes away! I tried going 3 or 4 separate times to see if it was just a bad day, but nope, these servers are awful. I will take the time to drive to another location next time I am craving their pizza.

Service was decent, food was great, drinks were horrible! Watered down buckets, watered down long islands, and watered down A.M.F.‘s. Our waitress even agreed with us on the discoloring of our drinks. After sending the third drink back to be corrected I went to try to talk to the bartender, thinking maybe their having a bad night idk how their night is going? Man was I wrong, attitude from the start, tried to just say the drinks didn’t taste right at all, I’ve never had a Long Island taste like a Diet Coke. Bartender got on the offensive side and started mouthing something off I don’t know what they said I didn’t stand there long with that horrible customer service. Wasn’t our first time there, we usually go there for birthdays and usually have great drinks, the buckets are our favorites! But after this Never going back there again for a fact!

This is an overpriced place for pizza and drinks, from my perspective. The pizza was very salty and non-appetizing; they don’t have a thin crust choice. All their pizza has some old songs name that I am not familiar with. Then, they serve this huge rum buckets that look weird. So this place is mainly to hang out and have drinks not really for the quality of the pizza. The bill for this place was very high considering the quality. Service was poor at best they did not bring all the food at once, some of the pizza was barely warm. Again if you have nothing else going on you may choose this place to hang out at night.

Had lunch here, service was fine and all but my food came out cold, like cold cold, not warm or still kind of warm, I’m talking cold cold. It had to have sat out for 10+ minutes. All the other rocks I have been to have been great, this one not so much. I’ll make the drive to Auburn or Renton instead next time.

Okay… if you want good pizza, this is the place. Light crispy crust, cooked perfectly. Be prepared to wait. The service is horrible. The free Unilocal mozz bread slowed it down even more. It came as it showed up on the bill. With no bread. I was told she was waiting for her manager approval but couldnt find him. Seriously and they know you’re a Unilocaler… I got the revised check and then the bread ina to go box. Took 20 minutes to pick up the credit card. Not even that busy. It was painful. Never again.

Was ok. Was decent. Not the best but not the worst I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t order again, but was alright. Not very BBQ. The mustard sauce they use overpowered it. Coleslaw was good though! I’ve only been here once so I cannot say much. Would be willing to try there pizza when I’m in the area. I’ve had pizza at a few and they’re always different. So I don’t know about the pizza here.

the Rock is one of my favorite places to eat they always have amazing drinks and food. The my generation is the best pizza! Unfortunately I have been to the Covington location 5 times now that we live in the area and their service isn’t very good which sucks so if you can get passed that the atmosphere, food and drinks is amazing.

We’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience! The My Generation pizza is our favorite that we’ve tried so far. Their house-made peppercorn ranch dressing is fantastic! An order of garlic bread with extra ranch for dipping… YUM! They have a fun décor, the location is always clean and well-maintained. The staff has always been fun, friendly, and outgoing. We’ll definitely be going back. :)

We finally took our daughter out to a restaurant that she has been asking to do for weeks and it started off ok… We got there and for a party of 3, the wait was 10 – 15 minutes. Not bad for a Friday night… The hostess even gave my daughter a little box of kid dough(little square of pizza dough) to play with. She loved that… We were seated fairly quickly and got our order in within 10 min… And then the waiting started. An hour past and nothing. No stop by from our waitress… Nothing. We were at one of the booths by the door and no one so much as looked in our direction. We finally got our food at 9:15 and it was… disgusting. That’s the best word to describe it. I ordered the Rockin Chicken platter and the server didn’t offer any dipping sauces. In fact, we had to flag down a different employee just because our server had disappeared right after dropping off our food. I want to say that the slow service and the BAD food was the case of an extremely busy establishment… But they weren’t THAT busy. There were empty tables all around us. The only good thing about the night was that my Bucket and jello shot were the bomb! And it’s a good thing too because it’s the only thing that helped me swallow this bad experience. But it will be a looooonnnng time before I go back… or recommend it to anyone looking for anything more than a couple tasty drinks.

This is the most delicious pizza in the area! Really great for people who like spicy red sauced pizzas, as I feel like those are their best! The only complaints I have are that they’re food is pretty expensive and the environment is kind of generic. The pizza really is great though!

Gross, gross, GROSS. I’m giving one star because A) I have to, B) our waitress was really nice and my Bucket was great. It was my first time having one, and yum yum! But the food? Oh no. I will give them props for the Mozz Bread — that shit was good. AND if you check-in on Unilocal, you get one for free! My boyfriend’s mom got a burger and asked for it cooked medium… It was cooked RARE. Very rare. Like… It was still mooing. My boyfriend got the«Money» and it was SOAKED in oil/grease. I got the Get Back Mac and Cheese… So bland. Literally no flavor whatsoever. The food here is below subpar. I probably won’t be back unless it’s for some buckets. Bleck.

When people tell you that you should have greasy/fatty food before drinking alcohol in order to prevent a hangover, this is the food I would think of. This location of The Rock in Covington is quite a popular one. Even on a typical weekday night there might be a small wait before being seated. We waited about 10 minutes on a Thursday night. The place has decently loud music so it’s not a place to have a quiet sit down. The buckets are things you will probably only see at the Rock. They are literally mini buckets with shovels that are filled with liquor and alcohol. For $ 11 it’s actually quite a good deal for the amount of alcohol you are getting. My brother got the one that comes with a rock star. If you like the taste of energy drinks and the fizziness, you might want to try this one. However, you can only order two buckets per table. They do have a happy hour although we didn’t come during HH time. We started with the Unilocal check in of free moz bread(choose between garlic/mozzarella or brown sugar), sweet potato fries and cajun wings. We then ordered the biggest size of their Bad to the Bone pizza.(They offer three sizes, the smallest one being more of an individual sized pizza). The first thing to come were the sweet potato fries and oh my goodness they are DELICIOUS. These are the BEST sweet potato fries I have ever tasted. At first they look like sweet potato versions of cringles but they are so much more. They are perfectly crisp on the outside, not overly salty, smooth on the inside and the horseradish sauce that comes with it is amazing! The reason this place is getting it’s two stars is because of these fries, seriously. It took a very, very long time for the next appetizer to come out. I think we finished the fries and then had to wait more before more food came out. It was disappointing since it would have been nice to get appetizers either together or relatively within short time intervals. The moz bread came next along with the wings. The moz bread(garlic/mozzarella) was a definite no-no. It comes on what appears to be flat bread and it is so oily and greasy. It lacks a lot of flavor and I’m not even sure the sauces mask up what it’s lacking. Thankfully it’s free cause those were not tickling my tongue. The cajun wings come out on a piping hot skillet(do NOT touch the skillet you will burn yourself). They are slightly burnt from what I saw. By the way, 1 lb of wings is about 7 wings total. The cajun sauce was okay but it definitely lacked a little something. It definitely had a good kick of spice but something just didn’t taste right(the missing flavor…). Furthermore, the wings are just drowning in oil. Not my favorite. Our pizza finally came out on a large silver tray that they put next to the table. If you want utensils then you’re going to have to ask for utensils in the beginning when they take your order. It was a hefty sized pizza, definitely could feed more than a party of two. The bad to the bone is a white sauced pizza with ham, red onions and bacon. It tasted fine but I could see so much grease, oil and fat just oozing out. That in itself made the pizza less enjoyable. However, the ingredients did taste fresh and the crust was fluffy and chewy. The crust isn’t really a thin crust but not your average typical crust either. It’s somewhere in between. I like the wood fired taste though. Service was a bit slow and lacking. We were checked up on which was nice but our server did not refill my water when it was empty. There were a few times where it took her a bit too long to bring the things we requested as well. What we ordered was way too much food and we took the moz bread and half the pizza back home. Without the alcohol, the food itself was around $ 40 or so. Slightly on the pricier side. As stated early, if you’re looking for greasy food to prevent that hangover, this might be your stop.

What’s there not to like about the Rock? With every check-in on Unilocal, you get free mozzarella bread! The Rock has happy hour every week day from 3−6pm and 9-close. Draft beers, house wines, and well drinks are $ 3.25 during HH. Plus multiple food specials! We love this location because the waitstaff are amazing! As regulars, the waitstaff(especially the awesome Shauna) know your drinks and food orders right away as you come in!
