McDonald’s

I went into the Latonia McDonald’s restaurant Wednesday night at 6:30 and it was a shambles. Absolutely the worst performance I’ve ever seen at a McDonalds restaurant in my 54 years. No table was bussed, the floor was filthy, only one register was able to be worked and the person on it was too busy filling orders to take new ones, one couple had waited nine minutes on a sandwich… The sweet tea dispenser remained empty the entire time we were there. And so the line remained, food was slow, service abysmal. When I asked Danielle, shift leader, is she had all the help she needed, she didn’t seem to think anything was wrong and told me that perhaps I should visit another McDonalds instead. Really? That’s the words of a manager? One thing Is for sure, there aren’t enough internet review sites available to write the truth about this operation! Avoid!

Wow, this place has the worst customer service ever. I placed my order via drive thru and had the lady get an attitude because I was ordering. She didn’t tell me my total nor that I needed to go to the second window. Got to the first window after setting there for several minutes had a manger tell me go to the next window also with a terrible attitude. I don’t expect great service from McDonald’s but this was completely uncalled for. I will not be back to this branch.

I really hate to say this because I hate to give a bad review but this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. I thought I’d stop by for a quick cheeseburger the other day as I had missed lunch so it was probably around 2:00, tried to go through the drive thru and was in line for about 10 mins or so and never moved except immediately after the ordering station. I decided to abort that plan and go inside, the crew working didn’t even notice me for at least a few minutes as they were all goofing around laughing at each other and playing on their phones, which I thought was extremely rude. They were not busy but you’d still think they’d have something more they should’ve been doing like greeting their customers and taking orders or even cleaning up as I also noticed that the place didn’t look real clean and smelled like sweaty gym socks for some reason. I did eventually get my cheeseburger and it was fine but I really think McDonalds corp should look into this problem as it seems other people have had similar experiences here.
