Ha! No wonder why this location is closed down. I went thru the drive thru it was 935 pm I was asked if I would like the leg and thigh special. I said I needed a min to look at the menu. I started saying hello hello I got no answer so I drove up to the window it was 9:40. I honked my horn to get the girls attention who was on her cell phone and was ignored. I seen another girl and started waving to her, she ducked behind the register. By this time I was beyond pissed then the cell phone girl disappeared and all the lights went out. I have never seen such immature Behavior in my life. Called the main office and they sent me a 5 dollar coupon for my family to enjoy on them. What a joke bad business I have other choices and KFC won’t be one of them. The only reason they got a star from me is because I needed to give a rating to post a comment.

They never have the pieces or style that you want. The biscuits are usually hard. The food is not as good as other KFCs. The people working there are lacking in customer service skills. They allow their employees to work sick and sneeze all over your food… I have to drive to Azusa even though this one is a block from my place. Two stars might be a bit of a stretch for this place…

The ABSOLUTE worst KFC around. They must expect us to feed this crap to our dog because we never received any napkins or utensils with our take out meals. How the hell do you expect people to eat mashed potatoes and Cole slaw with no fork or spoon? No napkins. We asked for dipping sauces and no sauces either. This place is so fu***d up!!! I wish I read the other reviews before I had to throw away 10 dollars of food. Cheap Cheap penny pinching place. Close your doors and quit ripping people off just to save a nickel!!! Since your lazy manager won’t answer the phone when I call over and over to complain, let this review take your score down another notch or two!!!

First off I would like to say zelene is so RUDE !! I ordered food and gave me attitude when I asked if she got my order correct just because I was wondering. She takes my receipt and looks at it and points with acrylic nails(THATTHE company shouldn’t even allow !!!) at a price saying that’s what I got and it should say. Unacceptable. The food was good but service terrible. And extremely rude. Next time when someone orders take the time to repeat what they said so they can confirm. Not coming back to this location unless you guys step it up with service or at least be a little nice !!! It doesn’t hurt to smile you know.

I have tried multiple kfc in the area this is the one closest and i feel that it is the worst with out doubt the food taste like it is always repaired wrong and is always making my stomach ache I am positive there are others out there who feel the same The employees are cool and nice no problems there ill give them that much

First I’m gonna start off by saying the chicken was very tasty and so was all the other food we ordered! My complaint is with the employees. Today for the first time I went to the drive thru and was greeted by someone who’s voice definitely gave you the idea she was not happy to be at work and that my presence in the drive thru was a bother to her… I am not a covina resident, we don’t have a KFC at home so I needed a minute to scan the menu and she was so annoyed by it and FYI no one was in line behind me for it to cause a problem. So I ignored her attitude and ordered, when receiving my food we ordered the advertised $ 5 meal box that inc drink and cookie… As I checked my order I noticed none had the cookie so I inquired… She yelled at me and said«we out» Well that should have been brought to my attention when ordering it even when paying… She snapped at me and said the take 9 min. I said ok… She went on to explain now that I had taken position of my chicken if it was cold in 9 min it wasn’t gonna be her problem… So I said nevermknd and she handed me 3 extra biscuits and rolled her eyes… FYI I don’t care how good your food is… If you knowingly have employees who behave this way I will not revisit your establishment. No amt of food is worth putting up with that amount of attitude. KFC I urge you to visit your location and make note of how your customers are being treated… It’s sad, you will lose business and not because of having bad food, food was great and such a bargain for it’s great taste!

This is the worst KFC. Most KFCs are ridiculously bad when it comes to service and getting orders correct, but this one may be the worst. I’m a block away and refuse to go back to this location ever again(3rd time is a charm). They have never gotten any of my orders right even though I have to constantly repeat myself at the speaker AND at the window.

I have tried this place six times now over the last two weeks. On each visit thru the drive-thru, I have asked for dipping sauces and honey and butter with my meal. On every visit, I have never received any sauces, butter, honey nor any napkins and utensils. After calling and complaining to the manager, I have come to the conclusion that this KFC is trying to save pennies though any means, even if it means robbing customers out of condiments. The manager had no empathy when I called. Pretty bad when I am spending 10 dollars for lunch each day there. I am eating next door at Waba’s now. There I can fill my own sauce cups and get my own napkins and utensils. Much healthier food too.

Wow, I just went to this sorry location again and they screwed my order up AGAIN. Every so often I use a coupon at KFC and I decided to give this location another shot. They had screwed up the order 2 previous times here giving me legs and thighs instead of mixed chicken. So when I ordered I made sure to tell them its for the mixed chicken meal. What did they give me? Legs and Thighs. Again. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home and had eaten a couple of pieces. I packed the order back up and took it back. So they argued with me that they had given me the correct order, even tho the bucket I brought back had 2 thighs and 3 legs left in it. They accused me of eating the breasts that ‘they had put in there’. I had to shout at them if you gave me the right order how come I have 3 chicken legs left here? Did I miracle one out of my ASS? I told them I wanted my money back and the manager said we can’t do that we can only replace your order. I said fine, replace my order then even tho you fucked it up in the first place and aren’t admitting it. So the manager starts getting my order ready and I say do you have a corporate number because I’m calling it. The manager turns around and says well if you’re going to call the corporate office I’m not going to give you the chicken. I was like fucking seriously? Okay so first you call me a liar, then you’re going to threaten not even to replace my order after refusing to give me my money back? I said just give me the chicken then. She gets my order together and I say lets look at it. I make her identify each piece of chicken and tell me what it is. I want to make sure I have the right order this time. I told her look theres only 2 legs in this how come I don’t have a 3rd and 4th one like the other box which you said was right? All I can say is I’m almost in a state of shock at having my order screwed up again at this location. Being called a liar and threatened to not have my order replaced because I said I was going to complain to their corporate office. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially when the evidence of having a wrong order was right in front of their face. I would recommend that no one ever waste their time at this location of KFC. It is bound to disappoint. Like I said, 3rd time they’ve screwed my order up and I’ve updated this one for the very last time. I’ll be on the phone with KFC corporate as well when I feel like wasting more time.

Okay first of all, I should give myself 1 star for even going to a KFC. But, it was Friday night, it was really cold, I was really sick and I needed something to eat. So I decided one of those Famous Bowls sounded good. I pull up to the drive thru and wait. And wait and wait. Literally like 5 minutes later someone finally comes on to take my order. I order the famous bowl and I’m told it wasn’t available. So I then proceed to ask if I could order a 5 piece Hot Wing. I was told they didn’t have that. Um, okay so wtf do you have? At this point I’m annoyed. I ask if they have chicken bites available. She says yes. I then ask if they have mashed potato available. Yes. I then ask if they have gravy. Yes. I then ask if they have corn. Yes. These are the ingredients to a Famous Bowl, and I said that out loud to her. I said then I want a Famous Bowl. She said it’s not available. Okay so then I was like forget it, I order the Doublicious combo. It comes with the Doublcious sandwich and one side with a drink. I order wedges for my side lemonade for my drink and a six piece bites. I pull up and the hand the girl my debit card. Something that really gets on my nerves, if you guys are going to process debit as credit and I have to sign for it, at least have a mini clipboard or something. I then have to figure out a way to sign in my car. After waiting way too long, they had me my bag and I’m on my way. I get home, open up my bag and there’s no freaking wedges. WTF?! So I get over it because I figure I don’t need all this crap anyway. I bite into the Doublicious. The bread was old and stale and the piece of chicken was harder than a rock. Like I literally couldn’t even tear it with my teeth. At that point I get in my car like a physco and drive right back over there, march in. I flip over my bag and say where’s my wedges? And then I tell the cashier, you take a bite of this sandwich and see if you can tear thru it. I wanted my money back. They instead offered me new food and made me fresh batches of everything I ordered. Point is you shouldn’t have to go thru all of this. AVOIDTHISPLACE. I don’t know why I even bothered coming back here as this was not my only bad experience.

terrible service. we were the only ones there and there were five employees. we waited for ten minutes before anyone even came to the front, then they came to the register and walked away again. we ordered a cpl minutes after that. they screwed up our order on the receipt, we fixed it. then when the food came the order was wrong again. I had gotten a small side of macaroni, it was cold, I went to the restroom before we left and there was a huge roach next to the toilet, it was at almost 3 inches long and near death, probably from how filthy the bathroom was to begin with. when we were walking out we heard the employees tell another customer that they had run out of chicken… kfc, ran out of chicken. really? never going back here again.

When I walked into this store I was overwhelmed with the smell of deep fried grease. It was like I had just literally walked into a deep fryer. The smell ended up being so strong that after my 10 minute trip my clothes reeked of grease. The staff was less than helpful and the cashier was very possibly high. He was slow moving, with red eyes, and had a difficult time forming a sentence and getting the order down. The service was just awkward. The food was okay, kinda cold upon receipt. And the potatoes were way too dang salty. Won’t be back.

After a 6 mile hike in the heat I decided I didn’t want to cook dinner. We went back and forth about where to go before I decided on KFC. I’d remembered I had a coupon for $ 5 large popcorn chicken combo(and it expired the next day). I didn’t bother to read the reviews of this place before going or even looking it up on Unilocal.It’s a chain fast food place, how different can they all be? Well. Different enough. Upon walking in it just felt kinda dirty, icky, gross. It smelled as if I’d entered a deep fryer myself. As I approached the counter I thought: «Well it is fried chicken, of course it’s going to smell like that… even though none of the other ones I’ve ever been in have smelled this bad.» I approached the counter without any sort of greeting other than: «What do you want?» I smiled, handed over my coupon, and then said«I also want the 2 piece meal.» Guy: A number 1? Me: Um, I guess. Menu numbers are kinda tough to read. Just the one on the website that says 2 pieces, 2 sides, and a biscuit. Guy: A number 1? Me: I suppose if that’s what it has. Guy: It has that *points to poster* Me: Um sure, but that’s just one side, but yeah that’s fine. I pay. Me: You didn’t ask me what side I wanted with the meal. Guy: What meal? Me: The one I just ordered. Number 1. Guy: Is that the 2 piece one? Me: I hope so. What side comes with it? Guy: Um potato wedges? Me: Can I have mashed potatoes instead? Guy: On both? Me: No just the 2 piece meal, number 1. Guy: Sure. I walk away looking at the receipt and it says: «2 piece meal, mashed potatoes.» Sigh. I wait, get my food, double check it… everything’s there. Me: Can I get a BBQ sauce? Guy: *Grabs a handful of sauce and tosses it in the bag*(8 actually). Me: And honey? Guy: *Grabs a handful of honey and tosses it in the bag*(12 exactly). As I walk out I glance up at the top of the window and spy a bullet hole. Hm. Ah well. Food was good. Tasted just fine. Only complaint about the food? Potato wedges were salty. As for the staff, I’m pretty sure the guy was stoned… or maybe just super sleep deprived. Anyway I like KFC. But I don’t like it that much to come back here again.

Went there today in an attempt to get some AA dining miles. Terrible service. The workers seriously looked like zombies. I walked in and there was no greeting whatsoever. They just stared with a listless look in their eyes. Got my order wrong, despite the fact that we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food tasted okay… Just really poor customer service. Ghetto is the perfect word to describe this joint. :/
