7-Eleven

711 is always convenient and pretty dependable when it comes to product. This location however, has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nikhil and Mandeep were the two clerks at the store today. They were snappy and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. I asked a question about the hot dogs and had to repeat myself several times as Mandeep could not understand me. I wouldn’t mind but he responded with irritation and rudeness. When I pulled out my phone while purchasing my drinks (to get credit on the 711 app) Nikhil ignored me and told me to wait. Then after the purchase was complete, he scanned my phone. It didn’t work, so I asked politely if he could do it again, he said no. next time scan it first. I asked him if there was anything he could do to fix it and he became very agitated and started raising his voice. I said fine I’ll call someone else to help, is this privately owned? I began to write down their names and Mandeep actually started yelling and pointing at me saying «NO!!YOU DONT KNOW ME! ITS NOT MY FAULT! YOU DONT KNOW ME!!» It was a very unnerving experience and I will drive further down the street to go to a different 711 from now on, even though this one is closer to my house. If they reflect management, some serious training is needed.

Stay away from this store. The owners are cheating crooks. They over charged me for my purchase. When I called them on it and showed them the price placard they changed it while I stood there. They said it was a mistake, then They said I may have changed the sign! What? So they cheated me and called me a liar. Damn foreigners. Don’t shop at the 7 Eleven San Bernadino and Irwindale streets in Covina
Here it is 2 mths later… I knew I wouldn’t get a reply from this organization. This store and 7-​Eleven Inc. need to look closer at this location.

I dont like this places worker’s are rude
And over charge for refills and food
One off the worker’s I seen abunch
Of times leave is bike out in the walk was go to the back and take some beer and just leave sorry but im nit coming back here

Very convenient location and very clean will be returned you for all my 7-​Eleven needs

Apparently a dude by the name of jawad had an issue with the fact I used a 20 dollar bill to pay for one item.
Gives a filthy look. Horrible. Took a lot of restraint to keep from smackin him across his face

I enjoy visiting newly opened 7 ELEVEN stores, each has its own personality. This one is a quiet, but busy location with merchandise neatly displayed. The cashier was an older gentleman that was very polite and also kind of quiet. I look forward to visiting this store again. They did have a note on the door that they were not accepting EBT cards yet, for those who use that form of payment.
