This little store was closed for about six months due to a fire. When it closed, it made a huge impact on the neighborhood. Now it is open again and customers are coming back and everyone is so pleased by its new look. The staff and management is the same. The clerks are friendly and helpful and seem to have a good time with their customers and each other. Their prices are very reasonable and don’t appear to have gone up at all from before the fire. The store is brighter and larger and isn’t cluttered with stuff like before. They have a small but very good selection of craft beer and wine and of course lots of liquor and beer. Its a cute little secret in West Covina and the locals are very, very happy to have Gus, Kim and Tony back!
