Not sure why it returned… This taco shop was open last year some time and then closed. I had eaten there back then but only to try the Tamales a friend was ranting about. Well it didn’t disappoint. Tamales were very good, and the service was friendly and very personable. Then it closes an returns as of recent. well today I decided to try it again. But this time I was interested to see what else they might have that will live up to the tamales I enjoyed having before. Look they don’t sell pork, and when you are confused that Tripas can be beef too(cause I honestly didn’t know) they make you feel dumb about it or at least tried to, and continued to repeat they don’t sell pork. Then when you ask if they can put cheese in your taco and ask to make sure it’s Monterey jack they say yes but don’t know the difference between monterey and colby jack… The beans, chicken an Tripas was very bland. A long with the rice. The tortillas for the tacos was very soggy and greasy, the only thing good I would say about my experience was the flour tortilla for my burrito, even the salsa was bland and un-spicy. And I will go on record to say that I believe it was the same owners as before. I hope your experience is Bette than mine, cause I won’t recommend it or return to it.

Open only at night, outdoor seating, drinks are whatever the gas station serves. Most basic menu. Tacos with chicken, carne asada, el pastor, carnitas. I think they have menudo too. I frequent this gas station often so I come here for a quick snack. The meat is decent. Only had the carne asada and el pastor. Heavily marinated, but at least there was flavor. Lady does all the cooking outdoors. Self serve salsa on ice. All tacos are a buck each, so it’s pretty cheap. Money goes in the bucket.(cash only)

This is a make-shift stand on the same lot as the Chevron Gas Station. It only opens at night. The menu looked pretty basic: tacos(chicken, asada, pastor, carnitas) and menudo. I was curious after filling up my gas tank and we ventured to try out the asada and al pastor taco. Overall, the meat was a little on the salty side. They were okay at the $ 1 price point.
