Dunkin’ Donuts

Terrible Customer Service!!!
I’ve been there twice. The first time they didn’t have any coffee boxes and began rolling their eyes when I asked to have ten small coffees (equivalent to a box of coffee) for the same price.
Today I went into this Dunkin donuts and asked for a large pumpkin latte. I asked for whipped cream and skim milk. Half way through my order the person taking my order started talking to someone else. As I was paying I clarified that she had my order correct since she wasn’t fully paying attention. Then she said «just so you are aware for next time we need the whole order right in the beginning» I told her I gave her the order the first time and she said in a demeaning voice «just so you know for next time» VERY RUDE! I will never go back.

I am 6 stores down from the store across the street, I work at charter fitness. I order there frappé and I look at it thinking it taste awful, there was nothing wrong with it, it is similar look of a slushy, I do apologize what it was I shouldn’t say «awful», it was just an expression. Your store is pretty neat looking, your other drinks are good, understanding your competition with Starbucks, need’s more improvement for your frappé

Never come here. Worst, meanest, slowest service ever. Somehow offended the cashier by ordering coffee. Was mumbled about angrily in another language. I still have no idea what we did to offend her, aside from exist and ask for coffee.

The line was long when I stopped in but it went by quickly. The lady who took my order was nice and the guy who made the drinks was fast. Of course when I got to the car and drive away I realized they made my drink wrong. There is no drive through.

This is the worst DD I have ever been in. While customers were waiting in line two employees were busy trying to figure out how to divide tips from their tip cup. When it was finally my turn the employee did not engage me in any way. Shameful service. I walked out.

I mean really. Who doesn’t love DD? I like this store, clean, large, fast service.

This review is real-​time, baby. I’m inhaling a bagel and cream cheese and sipping my medium cream and sugar whilst I type…
I’m a DD’s kinda gal. I’m not high maintenance; I just want my coffee to taste fresh, not burnt, and not cost me six hard-​earned Washingtons. And I love their bagels. Dense and chewy. Toasted with a side of low-​fat veggie cream cheese, thank you! This DD’s has been here since I was a kid, and it’s been through many transformations. The latest being this past fall; a wonderful and much needed makeover. It looks awesome now. The employees here are cute and friendly. In terms of Dunkin Donuts, this IS «as good as it gets» !!
PS — Did you know that if you use your DD’s app to pay for your purchase, you get a free donut of your choice?!? I brought it back and gave it to my boss… brownie points for me!
