What a treat! Great service and tasty food! There is plenty of space for gatherings and a cozy area for reading, too!

During my occasional visits to Cottonwood, AZ I always make a point of stopping at the Jerona Café. Their mochas are absolutely delicious. Plus I appreciate the nice patio area where I can enjoy my mocha while sitting with my dog.

Only place to «plug in» is outside. Otherwise nice folks nice atmosphere except the loud blenders. Goes with territory.

Due to having Celiac Disease I have to eat gluten free and am always thankful when restaurants offer gluten free options. On two different visits I had a cookie bar thing and the gluten free waffle they offer. I thought both were very tasty and I was so thankful to have an option. It is much appreciated! The service was good and I had lots of other options that I look forward to trying in the future.

I stopped off here on my way to school one morning. Service was very friendly! My iced coffee with vanilla was was over the top with the syrup and my poppy seed muffin was dry and flavourless. I was disappointed with all the people I saw around the joint and having the product I did. Maybe it was an off day I will be back by to try it again.

This place it the worst coffee place in cottonwood it is so terrible there soup tastes like Progresso in a can there bread tastes like it was made days ago and it’s cold there coffee is low quality over roasted beans there muffins a dry and almost flavorless there service is slow it took me twenty minutes to get a cup of soup to go that was microwaved. I would not go there. I suggest the Crème café in old town cottonwood.

HORRENDOUSSERVICE! Every time I go into this café I encounter the rudest kinds of people working behind the counter. One bleach blond with tacky tattoos which appears to be the style for oddly enough non subversive, boring mainstream twenty something’s but I digress. Awful service, mediocre food that is overpriced to say the least, their iced tea is good and that is the best thing about this place. Go to Crema much better customer service, people who look as if they are glad to see you rather than annoyed you came in and Cremas’ food is excellent with a very kind owner. She always asks my mother what quiche she would like that week and then makes that recipe. And by the way Crema also has excellent quiche.

This place has a lot of food choices and some are terrific(the gluten free stuff is really good). The prices are high but hey… it’s a local biz. Now, when coffee is in your business name, your focus should be on such. But unfortunately they have such a large menu that it completely takes away from the one thing they should be spending a LOT more time on fixing and that’s is the coffee. It’s horrible. I wish I could say otherwise but every now and again I give it another try(because I like to support our locals) but I’m always extremely disappointed. Sorry to say but I’ve had better coffee at Circle K and the local gas stations… and that’s purely out of desperation.

The best waffles I have ever had in my life. Sometime peach waffle, sometime blueberry with strawberry. This is the best. There egg dishes are excellent and I will definitely be back

Great place. Loved the coffee and the atmosphere. The barista was super nice and made us an amazing on the fly(because they were low on supplies) frappé and it was awesome. We actually went back the next day when their supplies were back in stock to get another one. Definitely recommend.

I stopped here for a quick lunch as a friend is at the hospital down the road. Ordered gluten-free quesadilla and collected a oats, almonds, cranberries, chocolate chips bar to eat while I waited for my meal. Chai latte good. When my quesadilla arrived it was not on gluten-free tortilla! I am not happy. I only questioned it when I asked about the cookie on the plate and the server realized the order was not correct. When my order finally arrived it tasted okay. Instead of a cookie, they put a very small fruit cup on the plate. Not worth it to me since I cannot eat strawberries. Important: Gluten-free requests need to be followed and not screwed up someplace in the line of communication to the cook! This is important for the health of your customer! Especially when you advertise gluten-free corn tortillas and that all quesadillas can be made with the corn tortillas. Thanks!

Wow what a cool place! I was driving from Sedona to Jerome and stumbled across this café for coffee. Ended up having an awesome lunch on the patio! I had the Italian pesto chicken sandwich and my wife had the southwest quesadilla and both were amazing! Also ordered a side of the Asian salad and it felt like a taste and flavors from around the world… all this plus for less than $ 20! Very friendly and quick service. Highly recommend, a gem in the rough…

Great atmosphere, but the employees are always on their phones. This gets annoying because you go to order, and they are texting while your placing your order. Food is great, drinks are great. but employees seem way too comfortable, and unaware.

Do you want a chill atmosphere? Do you want high quality coffee? A unique menu? A nice patio with chill music? If any or all of these are in your«needs bucket». I suggest you get on your horsey and head on over! In the week I was in Cottonwood I think I went here about 4 times. Atmosphere and coffee quality are everything to me… Don’t fret you can enjoy both here with a smile!

Jerona’s is the kind of place you feel lucky to have found. It is definitely a community resource with lots of people dropping in for a coffee or a chat or a meeting — including business meetings. I belong to a road biking group and we stop there for lunch after our rides. The menu is diverse with great sandwiches and drinks. I have had the slush lemonade and the regular lemonade. Both very tasty without being too sweet. I also had a blueberry pomegranate smoothie which was a real treat. I had the Italian Quesadilla twice and loved it. The waitstaff are very friendly and competent and the restaurant has a spacious and airy atmosphere. The outside seating is great. I can’t describe it well enough, but it’s something about the friendly atmosphere that makes if very special.

Very friendly and fast service. Wifi is fast and the setting is comfortable and quiet. Almost no ambient noise and the music is at a non-distracting level. I had the mocha iced coffee and it is fantastic.

Jerona is part café/coffee house; part gift shop and part meeting space. They have your typical café fare: sandwiches, wraps, soups, salad coffee, tea, smoothies and baked goods. I’ve only ever come in for coffee and their espresso is good enough. The staff are courteous and efficient. Nothing I would rave about but they do what they’re supposed to do and seeing as I’m almost always jonesing for java, these guys are on my list when I’m in Cottonwood.
