Subway

Clean, attractive place. Convenient for me! I love Subway! The service by Nataly was inattentive! She was talking to one of the other workers all the time. They need some training in manners! She made a fine sandwich, but really was not concentrating. My favorite Subway is in Winters, CA. Maybe they could train others? Not sure that I will come here again! There are plenty of other restaurants near by.

Not even worth one star. The young man named Edgar that just served my aunt and myself was very rude. There was NOBODY else there, and it took him a while to even show up from the back when we first entered. His attitude was completely unfriendly, and slightly passive aggressive. He did not smile once, did not say anything like «thank you», or «your welcome», or «how are you?» In fact, his responses were minimal, if there was one at all. I don’t know if you were having a bad day, or if life is rough on you Edgar, but I hope you understand that a job is a job. Please treat your customers with a little bit of kindness, and less attitude. Not to mention, he put way too much black pepper, way too much avocado, too much vinegar — my sandwich was terrible. I’m a huge fan of subway, but this may have just turned me off. I wanted to say something to him, but once we had paid, he disappeared into the back, and wouldn’t come back out even when we called out for him. He only came out when another employee walked in. Step it up, subway, you’re known for better than this!

I buy sandwiches here very often. The young man who usually makes my sandwiches is always friendly and has a smile on his face. I enjoy our conversation while he’s making my order. My order is always correct.
The food is always fresh when I go there. The whole place is always clean. Finally a Subway with a large enough seating room to be able to enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. They may not have outdoor seating but I’m not sure I would want to eat outside next to a busy highway.

I only stopped here to check it out for future usage. I bought a couple of sodas and sat and drank them while I ate my Chinese food. They didn’t complain that we ate our Chinese food in the restaurant, which was nice. Mainly, we wanted to check out the seating arrangement as we are always looking for Subways with a lot of indoor seating and prefer them with some outdoor seating as well. This one has great indoor seating, which is nice when we are in a large group.
No outside seating, which is a bummer when we take the dog for a walk.
Service was really good, but already out of soup at 1:30 was a drag.
Will definitely come back.
