This place is great. I have been shopping at this location for 10 years and my wife has been shopping here since she was born. The staff is great, there pricing is fair and this is where I will continue to shop.

This is the best place to get personalized help. They get to know their customers and recognize you when you walk in. They excel at excellent customer service.

I will never get my prescriptions anywhere else. Have been coming here for approx. 8 years now and they always have my meds ready when I get there. Today I called for a refill and they recognized my voice. Pretty sure that wouldn’t happen at Target or CVS :)
It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a small independent shop nowadays. And these people are always friendly and helpful. Very satisfied customer.

The girls in the front are great but they don’t dispense the medication. Unfortunately the male pharmacist is extremely rude, doesn’t know me or my history, yet he when one tries to explain he doesn’t listen when you speak to him, interrupts you, giving you statistics and recommendations. Everyone is different. He won’t listen to you. I have already found another pharmacy to assist me with great Unilocal reviews. I would not recommend this pharmacy just for the male pharmacist. When one has chronic medical issues its best to have a friend in your pharmacist.

No more rude CVS/​Rite Aid/​Walgreens pharmacist selling cigarettes and booze. This is a real pharmacy as they intended to be. A place where they actually know your name and go out of their ways to help.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional and racist. Verbally disrespected my husband and myself in front of customers by shouting out my husband is taking too many pain medications and also stated which medications he was taking so that everyone could here. I’m pretty sure that is a violation of hippa.

I got rude, unprofessional and inaccurate service at the local CVS, and went shopping for a «mom & pop» pharmacy instead. I tried White Front, and have stayed with them for several years. They are smart, fast, accurate, helpful, accommodating, and go out of their way to greet every customer by name!
Not only are they great to customers, but many of their employees have been there for a long time as well, which speaks volumes about the owners and/​or managers.

It has been long overdue to write a review for White Front. I would never think about going to a different pharmacy. The staff are all extremely warm, welcoming, and remember your name. I have been coming here for years and let me say that their prescription service is mind blowing compared to CVS. There is rarely ever a wait. I bring in a paper RX, and still wait no more than 5 minutes for it to be filled. The environment is so warm and inviting, and even though they don’t have long hours like Walgreens or CVS, I would rather wait until the next day if that means avoiding a chain pharmacy. I recommend White Front Pharmacy to anyone in the Costa Mesa/​South Coast vicinity. You will not be disappointed.

I worked at a rehab — as one might expect we dealt with MANY medications. Helping us along the way was our lovely neighborhood pharmacy White Front, God Bless them!
We would order tons of medication, they would each hard there own insurance, card to run, and drama associated with them and White Front would have them ready quick and with a smile. Unlike CVS they take credit cards over the phone and can keep them on file for future use, which is very helpful I think.
What else do they have here you ask? not to much. It’s pretty much a straight up pharmacy with over the counter medicines, and a few hygiene products. Other shopping will have to be done elsewhere but coming here for you medications really is worth it because they are so friendly.
