Taco Bell

Most of the time I don’t really have any strong feeling towards any fast food place. This Taco Bell was different all thanks to one man (Jason Mercado) he treated every customer with respect, seemed happy to be there which is very rare in my experience. I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and my experience was 10x better thank to Jason. He made the environment of the store feel much more welcoming.

I come here a lot in the mornings for a quick breakfast. Service is always fast and friendly every time I come through drive thru. Thanks for the good food.

Worst service ever. Backed out of the drive thru because no one was moving and then waited inside for 20 minutes to get 2 Cheesy Bean and Rice burritos. Very slow and did nothing to make up for it. Thanks for making me late to work and wasting my time. Not coming back to this location ever again.

DO NOT purchase the PS4 Bundle box from this location. The employees are using the text code before they sell it to the customers. Basically the codes are already used. This has happened 3 times in a row. I give them a 2 star because they do actually give you the food you order, so there is that. And they are nice, that’s good. But management should know that some employee (s) are stealing the codes. Or possibly management is stealing them! You never know.

Why did I even bother. Always this location. Where do they find there employees? Ordered bacon chicken chalupa and they didn’t put bacon. Took it back and was super nice about it (all good, it happens). They made me a new one and when I grabbed it out of the bag, it was half wrapped and had no sauce. Like really?! How do you mess that up? Not to mention the center was split like a sandwich so the middle fell through. I was hoping for a decent looking/​tasting chalupa especially after they screwed up and I had to drive back. Disappointing…

I went to buy a crunch wrap to this location because I live across the street when I was waiting in the drive-​thru what was my surprise the cashier was touching a dog with her bare hands and even worse not wash her hands after playing with the dog!
When I told her that she mustn’t be touching any animal when working she got mad at me and turned around her name is ANGELINA!

As I’m eating my lunch/​taco I pay attention to my taco and there’s a hair inside!!! I have attached the video that is so sick, people wear something on your hair come on!

WTF?!? Nachos Supremee, no sour cream. How hard is that?! I get Nachos Supreme, no MEAT! Now I have to take the lid off before I leave the drive thru? And always S — L — O — W. A couple of the employees are super nice but it doesn’t make up for the ‘cooks’ and the super slow service.

This is the shittiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Unprofessional. Poor service.
Every. Single. Time. I come here they mess up my order. EVERY TIME! Is it that hard to complete an order without mistakes? The employees are rude and they don’t give a crap about making the store look nice, also I came in once and the cashier was to busy to take my order and was giving her high school friends free food and no one seemed to care.

This location sucks, the order is always wrong and you have to check it before driving away. My last stop I was shirted two meximelts and its all because I didn’t check before I drove away.

One Pro: the food was delicious… When it was finally made right. But then again, who doesn’t love greasy Americanized Mexican food? We are regulars to this store, specifically. The main complaint is that the workers are mostly rambunctious teenagers. They screw up orders, don’t count change right, refuse to fill soda that tastes purely like carbon, and invite their friends to play around during work.
Come here for drive thru, but check your order before you leave.
Unless you like seeing Taco Bell employees running across the room and laughing loudly and annoyingly with their teenage friends during work hours, don’t come here.

If I had the option of rating taco bell in negative stars I’d give them –5! I just got off work after a 9 hour shift and I decided to go to Taco Bell even though I already knew that sometimes they’re incredibly unprofessional but I decided to go anyways. I went thru the drive thru and waited for almost 20 minutes and their wasn’t anyone else in line in the drive thru. I finally got home, took a bite of my food just to find hot sauce and lettuce (which is not included) and cheese that wasn’t melted at all! And that Dr Pepper! They really have to check on there beverages because it was completely off. I’m usually a nice guy and forgive but this time they really missed everything up. For now on, I’m trying anything else but taco bell.

Food isn’t the problem here, it’s the lack of care by the staff. ⁹⁄₁₀ times they get the order wrong and it’s very annoying. This time, missing a taco and got shredded chicken tacos instead of the grilled. They even punched in the right tacos but sent out the wrong one. The guy at the window didn’t do anything except stand and wait, I asked him you sure the order is right he said yes even though he had no clue what the hell was in the bag. At least do something while you’re doing nothing! Double check the freakin order!

Don’t know why I keep coming here. 1^st time closed at 9pm. Second time my food was smashed almost like someone stepped on it. 3^rd time sat in drive thru for literally 25 min… I don’t expect to wait that long at in-​n-​out let alone crappy Taco Bell. Whoever runs this Taco Bell should be fired or sell it… absolutely terrible!!!

Been here a couple times, especially with my girlfriend.
We don’t have a complex order or anything, but something usually goes wrong. Today, for example, they forgot one of my tacos entirely, it was a small order but shouldn’t they be able to remember that?
Also the Baja Blast Freeze machine is constantly broken. It’s been months now and it still hasn’t been fixed.
We’re never going to this location again.

Typical food for the Taco Bell portion. Consistent as always. The pizza wasn’t good though. It’s been sitting too long. The breadsticks were hard as a rock! It was quick though and the guy working was nice.

I love their breakfast ALOT! Something so simple yet DELICIOUS! I’ve been to 3 different locations for breakfast and the customer service is on point! Yes I know it is fast food and most people have low expectations but when people go out of their way to greet you and have some act right!
The breakfast is solid! It is way cheaper than McDonalds breakfast and more variety on the value menu! We ate for under $ 10.00 and were extremely satisfied and full after our meal.
The best thing about their menu is the Sausage and Cheese flatbread! For $ 1.09 your definitely getting your money’s worth!
Everytime we’ve ordered breakfast they give us something free to try which is nice and I always do their surveys since all of the locations I’ve been to are extremely nice and should be acknowledged for that!
Breakfast varies from a AM Crunchwrap, the Waffle Taco, a Breakfast taco and other items. Another bonus is that breakfast goes until 11AM everyday something that other fast food chains don’t do!

Don’t tell anyone but I actually like Taco Bell. There is a severe shortage of Taco Bells in Costa Mesa or I just haven’t found them all yet. Who knows?
The one closest to my house is closed. I had to pull over and ask Siri where the nearest one was and that’s how I ended up here. To my surprise, it’s a Taco Bell and a Pizza Hut. I was torn. I love pizza and tacos. So what’s a girl to do? Get a small pepperoni pizza and a 7-​layer burrito. Hooray!
The pizza was better than the burrito. Ugh. My tortilla was a little too crisp and the burrito had too much sour cream. It was oozing out everywhere. Gross. It looked like a giant pimple. Gross. Hope the experience is better next time because this location isn’t exactly close but it’s on my way home from work so I can manage if I’m ever craving Taco Bell and pizza after a long day of marketing USB’s to the masses.
