Customer service goes a long way in my book. Prior to visiting this location, I got an email from Jersey Mike’s saying I was guaranteed a free meal on my birthday. My boyfriend and I came into the store(on my birthday) to pick up sandwiches before we headed to Disneyland. The lady asked for my ID and the coupon. Clearly my ID showed it was my birthday but at the register couldn’t find the actual email but I did find an email from jersey Mike’s about being a member. There were 2 girls going back and fourth and they eventually said, I needed to have that specific email. WHATEVER, I’ll pay for my sandwich. Right after I paid, I ended up finding that email with the coupon and showed it to her, then her manager or whoever she was said she needed to see my ID. Again? Reminder, I had already showed her earlier. Then she has the nerve to say«oh, you could have gotten that for free!» Really?! That’s what you say? No happy birthday, no I’m sorry for the inconvenience, no customer service at all. Jersey Mike’s is known for their customer service and this was by far the worst experience at a jersey Mike’s I have ever had. Customer service will make you or break you. Hopefully they get there staff in check. I won’t be back.

Awesome sandwich. We live closer to the Bristol location(They skimp on meat) but drive down Harbor because it is so much better! The staff was nice too.

Just saying I’m a fan. I had The Veggie #14(Mike’s way). Lots of provolone and Swiss. Bread was perfect. Probably one of the best fast food veggie sandwiches around. Highly recommend it.

Amazing customer service! Every time I go they are always very friendly, fast, and the taste of the sandwhich and portions are always consistent, every sandwhich I’ve tried here tastes so amazing! My favorite is the chipotle cheesesteak, best cheesesteak sandwhich I have ever had! Thank you to the employees at jersey mikes!

AMAZING, incredible, DELICIOUS, scrumptious, and oh so YUMMY subs! I went for the first time today and man oh man was i MORE than impressed! I actually turned into this shopping center looking for a subway but I stumbled across Jersey Mikes and I was more than pleasantly surprised! I go to subway because its cheap but lets be real, you DONT get much meat over there. At Jersey Mike’s I ordered the number 8 Mike’s way and it came with PLENTY of turkey and ham and the way they dress the sandwich up is a work of art! My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it now lol! They applied everything extra that i requested(avocado and jalapenos) and after my sandwich maker placed the bun on top I politely asked, does the number 8 come with bacon? to which he promptly and apologetically acknowledged his mistake and went back and placed on my sandwich. No harm no foul, this shop is very busy and little mistakes like that are bound to happen, its not worth calling a manager over OR giving this place a ONE star review, lets get real people we’re all human!

Not busy but took awhile to be greeted by the staff. After waiting, the first thing said to me was a souless, ‘do you know what you want?’ Got the Chicken Parmesan. Chicken on the Chicken Parmesan was really bad. Not sure how long chicken needs to be frozen to become that hard. That said, gf’s tuna was pretty good. Then saw a guy return his sando because it was drenched in oil/vinegar(I saw and it was bad.) The man had to request the employee to remake the oil/vinegar bomb they served him because she didn’t know how to handle the situation. The(I assume) manager’s reaction when she got word was not to clarify to the customer that an acceptable product would be coming his way but rather to shoot and icy glare at him. My previous two visits included wheat bread that was stale. It’s nice that it’s close to Home Depot but they’re making it hard to go back.

They are really good, but I just sat here and watched this guy not change his gloves after handling cash for me. Disgusting. He took one glove off after touching it and set it aside and then put it back on. I’ve noticed Jersey Mike’s employees and other sub shops doing this a lot. It’s just gross.

Just got my Reuben sandwich. What a joke all bread no meat. I won’t be giving this business anymore money or recommendations. Do yourself a favor and go to franks on the corner of Wilson and fairview.

AWFUL service! RUDE workers at counter. Royalty card can not be read in their system. Hope owner reads this review. Will never return to this location. *** PEOPLE, go to the one on Brookhurst and Adams instead– great service, efficient and friendly workers.

Yes it’s a chain but this chain is 100% quality. They hand slice the cheese and meat. I always get«The Original», Mike’s Way. The Original is basically an Italian Sub, Mike’s way is drenching the sandwich with red wine vinegar. Sandwiches that involve different meats are always a great idea. Bread tastes pretty fresh and staff at this location is on point. Me and the hubby share the large, which is larger than a foot long. Will I go back, why yes, I’ll shot for next Fri

I love Jersey Mike’s and pick them over other sandwich places but this location is horrible! The service is what is so bad here. The manager, Tory or Victoria was such a bitch. I went to get 2 free subs because I had 2 Angels tickets from the game on Tuesday(4÷21÷15). She told me it was 1 per customer. I expressed that the other sub is for a handicapped person in a wheelchair. She simply told me «I already told you, it is 1 per customer». I would have been fine if she just said«sorry but unfortunately we can’t do that» but instead she was super rude. Never going to this location again!

I have been to Jersey Mikes so many times great sandwich I went into day for my usual Giant BLT normal price around $ 14.00 this time $ 17.30 but wait I forgot to charge you for the cheese OK $ 18.00 for a sandwich even a JM sorry So I went to the Jersey Mikes in Irvine $ 13.95 out the door I think JM has great sandwiches but the one in Costa Mesa is just a plain rip off Sad The cost of living is much higher in Irvine than Costa Mesa does not make sense

I was a bit disappointed by how little options there were for toppings, but I guess with less produce they can keep them fresher.

I placed my order online for pickup at 2:10. I got to the store at 2:15 and stood at the counter for 2 minutes before one of the 5 employees even acknowledged I was there. They were NOT busy, there was 2 customers in store who were already eating. The employees would look at me and then look away without even pretending to move toward the register. Finally one employee in the back told another employee to help me. I signed my credit card receipt and she told me it would be ready in a bit. The point of ordering online is to run in and run out, I won’t deny that the food is good, but the online ordering system is pointless if the food isn’t ready when you get there. And the customer service is crap. What’s the point of having 5 employees working if 2 of them literally stand there and stare at customers rather than helping them? C’mon, guys.

Food is normally great, but service at this location is terrible and they screwed up the order. I would recommend going to a different location.

Omg, this place has changed my mind on subs. I don’t eat subs at all, but this place had really good sub. Husband wanted to eat from here while I get Starbucks from door, and I decided to stop by here first since it wasn’t busy. This place is really clean with simple menu and presentation was appealing. I ordered regular size salami and swiss sub with tomato, lettuce, vinegar, and oil. I also asked them to grill my salami. My sub was so good my husband almost ate half of it,(he didn’t get the vinegar and oil on his sub, but with mayo) so i guess Mike’s way is better. I work close by so I would def come back for more yummy subs.

This place is great for sandwiches– came here twice already with my coworker for lunch and we never had a problem. Ordering online is simple and quick and you just pick it up in the store. She usually gets a wrap and loves it and I usually stick with a super club. There was one time I ordered a sandwich and got to the place a few minutes before– they didn’t have time yet to start making it but within five minutes, my sandwich was finished and the guy working behind the counter gave me a card for a free sandwich for next time. Awesome! Good customer service, pretty fast ordering, and delicious place to grab some lunch.
