They get 4 stars thanks to their awesome employee Silvino, the company itself needs some improvement starting with their contractor who isn’t very helpful. But they have a hard working employee (Silvino) who is extremely knowledgeable about his work and will do anything to make sure you’re satisfied with your fence! Kudos to pyramid fence for keeping such a kind and helpful employee! So if you need a job well done make sure to ask for him you won’t be disappointed! I recommend this place because once you get past the contractor you will be happy with the job

We had a fence built by them in Long Beach. First they drilled a hole in the building for the latch string. Then a month later it started falling apart and wouldn’t open. I finally gave up and called my handyman to fix it as I didn’t think they could figure out how to make it right anyway. I wouldn’t use them again.

Review can’t really be too long considering we terminated service before it began; but I’ll try and be succinct:
contractor came to the house; my wife was there in my stead to greet them and she found the individual to be short and/or sarcastic at best…
She was told that a quote would be sent via email (after a morning visit drew together the estimate); when I texted them in the evening if they had the quote/estimate the response I received was rude and careless when it came to a) actually trying to close a sale or b) treating a person with some kind of basic cordiality…
Its basic: this company, as represented by this person, was not very friendly and motivated us to look elsewhere
