3 trips here so far and no complaints. Fairly priced and clothes come back clean.

My family has been coming here ever since I could remember… even though we moved across the bay, we still drive all the way over here to get our dry cleaning done by the people we have known and trusted for years :) Although their prices have gone up, which is understandable as a business having been around so long, they do an amazing job and they are 100% trustworthy and nice!

I have been taking our clothes here for a couple years now and we love this place. They are friendly and easy to work with. The place is clean and they have NEVER lost my stuff. Recently I realized they have been getting a bad rep on Unilocal.SO not true.

First to review! Sigh, I had such high hopes that this would go swimmingly and that I’d be able to shout at the top of the mountain that I had discovered my new dry cleaner literally only steps away from my office, and I’d be able to share my new, undiscovered spot with everyone. Alas, no. I stopped by NBBC clothesless(meaning I didn’t bring clothes to be cleaned; I wasn’t naked) during my lunch break to inquire about pricing for dry cleaning long sleeve dress shirts and dress pants. The older gentleman(who I presumed was the owner) seemed to have to really think about it, but came up with an odd number which was around $ 2 for shirts, and maybe around $ 3-$ 4 for pants. Sounds good to me, as that’s about what I pay at my current, less conveniently-located dry cleaner competition. I came back later in the week with my 4 shirts and 2 pairs of pants, only to have my excitement about this place grow due to the cordial nature of the very friendly woman helping me out. In our brief conversation, she volunteers that because I’m a new customer, she’ll give me the 40%-off-for-first-time-customers coupon discount that I was until then completely unaware of. «This place is awesome», I thought to myself. «This one time offering will certainly prompt me to become a regular.» I was about as far from disappointed as I could be until I picked my items up. This time a quiet but polite young gentleman helped me by ringing me up and fetching my clothes. My expectation was that I’d be spending around $ 14 at most, assuming that I didn’t also get to also reap the benefits of the extra aforementioned large discount. However my total(with the discount) was close to $ 18. I asked if that was with the discount, and what their normal prices were. Apparently that DID include the 40% discount, and their normal prices would be $ 5 per item for dry cleaned pants OR shirts. My pre-discount total would have been $ 30! The $ 18 I spent was somewhat fair and moderately competitive(I suppose), but I will never come back and spend the full $ 5 to have my shirts dry cleaned. That’s astronomical. I’ll go back to driving to my other less convenient but always there for me regular dry cleaning spot.
