It’s in-n-out after all. Very consistent and yeah there might be better places but when you want a good burger, you can count on them to pull through. What amazes me most about this old skool location with their double drive thru and walk up window is how they can output so much food so fast. They must air drop the supplies in hourly or have an underground delivery tunnel.

Food quality is not the issue. This location is right in the middle of a gang territory. They all come here after dark and play very loud gang-related music and smoke something. Last time I was in the drive-through, they started playing music stating«F-Americans…» This location is very scary to dine at or even order at the drive through.

Waited THIRTY minutes for my food. I came in at about 2:00 pm. Complete waste of my break time. If you work at the Triangle like me do NOT pop in here for lunch. I just started a new job here and my coworkers confirmed the same thing. They take forever. Don’t waste your precious break time. I know they’re busy but every single in n out is perpetually busy and I’ve never had to wait that long for my food at any other location. I get faster service at the full service restaurants around here.

3 stars deleted for me biting down(the second bite) of my first ever In N Out burger and biting on a bone fragment or rock! It was the size of a small pea. I spit it out and it was very dark in color so I think it was a rock, whatever it was it HURT! My upper molar hurt all night long and I will get my dentist to check that tooth next time. But I completely lost my appetite real quick and threw the whole thing away. Fries, burger and all. Gave me chills. Google it, I am not the first one this has happened to. Too bad because I wanted to love this place like my friends do. They’re part of the In N Out cult following. So a few days ago, I went along with them and joined in the long long line, and yeah we waited over a half hour to get to the window. That was no problem as it was a warm evening and everybody was just chillin in their cars, waiting on their burgers. I felt like I was back at the old drive-in theater, lol! The guy that took our order was super courteous and welcoming. Five stars for him and that’s where it ends. My take? Overrated Burger joint with over-salty, over-priced, under-cooked food. Soggy fries and poor quality control in the«animal» processing department. Confirmed: Tooth cracked in two places. Need crown and root canal, if cracked to root, will need to be extracted.

Let’s be real. It’s In N Out. They all pretty much taste amazingly the same. But I want to write this review because it’s more than just the food. So yes, 5 stars for the food. But I have to admit, the lines here are out of control. At lunch time don’t be surprised if the lines are out of the parking lot and wrapping around the block. They also cause a lot of traffic issues on the block. But hey, I need my In N Out. But the most redeeming factor is the staff. ALWAYS smiling. The nice guy outside taking orders in the drive thru in the sun is all sunburn but he’s still greeting you and tell you to have a great day. That’s customer service! So while the the lines suck and takes about 20 mins for fast food, the food itself and service is so superb you’ll find me waiting on the green light trying to turn in so I can get myself in line.

Ever since my first Double Double I’ve always been a hands down fan of In n Out. The burgers here are no exception, especially my fav protein style. It’s a smaller location here with no benches or indoor seating so be prepared to eat homeless style on the bricks up front or in your car. If you order Drive Thru you’ll be fine as far as timing given they are pretty quick. In person though, give it 15 – 20 minutes… not sure why but consistently long(Granted I get my fries xtra well done, as you should if you like them crispy). With all my gripes, it’s still a totally justifiable indulgence. Just do it, your mouth wants another reason to smile from ear to ear.

Not much can be said that hasn’t already been stated. This is my go-to In-N-Out location when I’m out West, as I usually end up staying in the Costa Mesa area. No indoor seating, though the double drive thru lines and walk-up counter service moves pretty swiftly. Will always be my favorite In-N-Out location for sentimentality’s sake.

I hate to rain on everone’s parade, but don’t go to this place expecting a hamburger epiphany. It’s a fast food hamburger. No more, no less. The simple menu and the fresh ingredients are good. You wouldn’t think that anything as fresh as this burger is could be so, well, unremarkable. But there’s no seasoning to speak of, no char, and a rather pitiful refined flour bun. As I said, nothing wrong with it, just nothing whatsoever special about it. And the fries are downright bad. Again, they are cut fresh there, so I don’t know why they are so pasty and have so little flavor. Trust me, I know my fast food burgers. It’s slightly better than a Big Mac, about equal with a Whopper, not nearly as good as Wendy’s.

Because seriously the absolute best ever. Kind of an old school one bit i think it’s cute with two drive throughs and a walk up window. Will definitely be back!

This place takes forever! For not having an interior to maintain, this place should be a lot quicker. Paul’s across the street is way better and there’s never a line there.

They had someone outside at the drive-thru getting orders and when we went up to the window they gave a completely different order and didn’t even remember our fries we ordered but we weren’t charged fries. We just said forget about the fries. I do t want to wait in the long line again just for fries.

I don’t get the hype of this place. Burgers just seem like burgers. Better than McDonald’s? Yes for sure. But that’s about it. Add in crazy long lines and a heart attack and here’s your experience. Workers were ok but don’t listen well when you’re ordering. And!!! The order is wrong!!!

Hey its In and Out! I love eating here. The line was super long for the drive thru so we ordered up front. Friendly staff and we didn’t wait too long. Great burgers for a good price. I can’t say much about it but I love eating here. Can’t go wrong for some fast in and out.

Why must we have cartilage-filled, soggy-bunned Shake Shack on the East Coast :( I only needed to try In-N-Out once to become obsessed with not only their amazing burgers and french fries(Animal Style, of course!) but also the friendly and sunny attitudes of the staff here.

I don’t have any issues with the food quality because I always finish a meal completely satisfied at ANY In-N-Out, therefore, my review is based solely on service and location. I’m cruising up 19th St. on a Sunday at 4 pm after waking up from a night out and my body & mouth want an in-n-out cheeseburger with extra grilled onions, but I see this long line to turn right onto Anaheim Ave. I wonder what the commotion is. annnnddd it’s THEIN-N-OUTLINE. I was easily in line for 10 minutes on 19th street, 15 minutes on Anaheim Avenue, and then another 15 to order and receive my food. I feel bad for the residents in this area because driving must be a nightmare with all the impatient hungry people, like myself, queuing. The design is god awful, and when you finally get your food you have to inch your way pass everyone waiting outside AND the cars trying to enter both exits/entrances. Do they take orders on scooters? Can we make a motorcycle/scooter only line happen?

I love ya, in-n-out, but something about this location just bugs me a little because you definitely won’t be «in-n-out» as fast as the other locations. It’s interesting because there’s actually TWO drive-thru lines in this location, but is also twice as slow. Food still tastes great though.

I was there on 5÷22÷15 at 7PM. The wait-time was absolutely ridiculous. Everyone around me was visibly(and a few vocally) upset. LITERALLY20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. They even screwed up our order, missing a diet coke. When they realized that, they didn’t just give me one, they wanted me to go over and run my card again for a $ 2 soda. I thought that they came with the«Combo». I just said Forget It. I got cheese on my fries, it was so cold that the cheese was one big cold lump, you picked up one fry and the whole cheese layer came up with it. My burger was warm, but my buddies was so cold he wanted to take it back, BUT, was warned by another patron nearby that«you can either just eat the cold burger or wait another 15 minutes for a new one». I share this as a warning, a critique, but also as a note to whomever manages this location — especially during that time(reason why I was so specific on date and time). I will not go back to that location. Disappointed.
