Farr’s Hallmark No 34

Hallmark’s are all pretty much the same — I mean, you know what you’re going to get from store to store. That’s why when I came in here with my 7 week old in tow, I was so impressed with the service that I got. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a baby book in no time, and I left one happy customer. I must have been the first customer in the store on Monday morning and the lady wasted no time showing me to the baby books section and also mentioned that the clearance section. (Seriously, she could have pushed the full price books and never mentioned they had discounted items.) When I found several books I wanted to check out, she offered to carry them to the counter for me rather than have be squat on the floor with my baby. Sweet lady, she took 7 books the counter for me without any hesitation. I chose one quickly and was in and out in less than 10 minutes — it was a dream interaction, really. It is a wonder that good customer service really exists anymore but this place has it! Would definitely come back here again if I need a Hallmark!

This is my favorite Hallmark! The staff is always friendly, they send great coupons in the mail and by email. :) They also have a large variety of cards and gifts. Anytime I need to get a gift for someone and I’m not sure what to get I can go here and almost always find something!

All Hallmark stores are super «precious». Everyone knows they offer a great selection of all sorts of greeting cards. They have the most adorable extras that offer such sentiment, that is full of meaning. When you didn’t know how to say it you can always find the perfect gift. The items I love the most are the «willow Tree» collection. I have a few already and look forwrad to collecting more. They have a very unique look, not like grandmas shiny porcelain shiny children figurines, but something very expressive that anyone would be proud to have on their shelf at home. I am not sure if all Hallmark stores sell them, but this one does! I would like to see a bigger selection of wrapping «stuff», but I can go to the Target right next door for that.
One last thing. I have signed up for so many Hallmark Rewards Cards, and it is so frustrating that not all the locations share the same one! Boo!

Back in the day it was all about going to Hallmark for all your greeting card and knickknack needs. It seems we have gotten away from those times. I am certainly guilty of going to Target to get cards — I’m usually there anyway. Well, I am suggesting we make a change!
I had to get a card and only a card. This Hallmark is next to a Target. I thought about it and ended up going here instead and glad that I did. The selection of cards is much greater than Target and you don’t have to fight the masses and then wait in line behind someone paying by check for their cat food, toilet paper and cereal.
Kicking it old school and going back to Hallmark where it all began.
