Service doesn’t get any better than this. Judy was helpful over the phone, and I walked out of their office with a fully functional printer in just minutes. Nice, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful — I almost wish my printer would break again just so I have an excuse to see them again soon.(And, let’s face it – it probably will, since they’re made like cheap toys these days.)

I have a 4 year old Epson 3880 printer that was leaking black ink spots on my prints. I could buy a new printer for $ 1200 or get my printer fixed. I asked the people at Atlex, where I bought the printer where to go to get it fixed, and they recommended Computer Co-Op. They are an Epson authorized repair shop. I went there and they fixed the problem, a leaky black ink switch, as well as cleaned the print heads for under $ 400! Kent is a great repair person, and Judy is as sweet as you can find. They had the printer fixed in one day! I recommend anyone who has an Epson printer to see about getting a leaky one repaired before they buy a new one.

I have taken my Epson 7800 for repairs this week. I was given an update the next day with a new Quote. We paid about $ 1,100 and the printer was fixed. We will be testing it this week and I will update this post. Very Nice people. The owner is a smart guy. His assistant/Wife is very smart and she knows what she is doing. Good luck to both of them. Take your printer to them and get it fixed. You will be happy. 5 Stars all the way

DISCLAIMER: This review is for Customer Service only, not about a repair order. Here’s why I would take the time(and, let’s face it, presume) to write a review. I was referred to Computer Co-Op by a trusted friend only to find that they do not service my particular brand of printer. But Judy was so nice and helpful that, if and when I do need service on an Epson Printer product, they’d absolutely be the place I’d call first. Of course I can’t vouch for the quality of their work, but if their«potential new customer on the phone» demeanor is any indication of how they actually DO their business, then I would expect quality across the board.
