Not recommended to purchase items online, because you don’t receive you paid for. Then you call and their customer service is unbelievably Rude, the woman Is talking down to me and even saying; do you want to cancel the order? Even after I called because I paid for 3 day shipping and it was already the 5th day and still no package. She(the Customer Service rep Christine) mentioned several times that I could cancel and get my money! I said I wanted my item that I purchased at the price online and then she said it was now a higher price and I was not going to get my receiver unless I paid more money for it. I said no! why am I being charged more for an item that was on sale on your website and the company did not commit to their sale. I’m not giving them a high rating because the way I was treated and disrespected me and the service was just unacceptable. They don’t commit to their online sales !! I won’t recommend them and will never buy anything from them. On the bright side I paid with Pay Pal Credit and I’m getting my money back.

They shipped me a product that had a different part number than what I had ordered online. This product did not include a key component that is needed for installation. When I contacted them about the issue, they stated they would research this and let me know. I did receive an email stating that they could sell me the component, however if they would have sent me the part number that I had ordered and was on their website, we would not have this problem. So, my order was over $ 1100 and they wanted to charge me an additional $ 200 for the component that come with the product. Bait and Switch for sure.

Placed an order Friday morning. Order confirmed and notified it would ship. Received an email Monday afternoon that the order was cancelled due to ‘selling out’ and that their site was not real-time. FAIL! Do not buy from them. Now they have my billing information and I have no product!

This is easy — when you order a brand new printer online, pay for a brand new printer, get a sales confirmation with the word«NEW» next to your printer model, you should NOT get a phone call«just to confirm we’re shipping you a refurbished printer.» I asked whether they actually stock new printers, or if this is just a bait and switch operation. The sales agent actually was honest and told me they don’t stock new printers, they are a re-seller of refurbished equipment. Bait and switch. Be careful.

You can’t post a rating with zero stars, but that’s what they deserve. Watch out for this company — I ordered the wrong printer(my mistake). I returned it in the same box, it wasn’t even unpacked. This was in December, I’m still waiting on my refund. I ordered a 2nd printer which I received with a broken paper guide. They offered a $ 20 refund(wow) — which I have yet to receive. 3 weeks after the 30 day warranty… the printer stops printing correctly, starts skipping characters, etc. I call and get«sorry, it’s out of warranty». I’ll never do business with this company again.

I’m going to add my 1 star. Ordered a monitor that was out of stock elsewhere but apparently still in stock here for a good price. Shipping was 5 – 8 days. After 5 days, I emailed to ask for a delivery estimate. Suddenly there is no stock and none expected, and my order is cancelled. They didn’t charge my card, but they did waste a week of my time waiting for a product I doubt they ever had.
