Worked here for two years and got fired for wearing a Nets jersey for a delivery to a middle school. Now I’m writing the sabotaging note that hopefully gets them shut down. Or at least get the greaseball franchise owner away from food servicing. If you knew who was handling your food there you probably wouldn’t want to take that delicious bite of heavenly carb load. Some of the habits there may astound you so if you would like to continue eating from here please read no further. Ok your definitely reading. So the place is Bangleshy run. I’ve seen a guy keep and cut his toe nails on the food rack. And these nails were ugly af. Sometimes they work two full shifts and don’t have time to shower so they keep a cup that they use to wash their valuables as an alternative cleanliness method. I’ve rarely see them wash their hands but I’m not eating their food. Cardboard boxes may hit the ground that’s mopped with a two year old mop and is reused for ur satisfaction. What else if you’ve ordered any toppings from here and received a small amount of toppings it was probably that greasy manager that doesent look out for his employees. Awareness is the key to success. Enjoy ur next pizza

Ordered from this restaurant today via Seamless. Received a confirmation number and a confirmation email. Waited over an hour, didn’t receive my pizza, so I called the restaurant. Here’s my conversation: Me: Hi, I ordered over an hour ago via Seamless and haven’t received my order. Domino’s: We don’t have Seamless here. Me: That’s strange… because I called you by pressing a button in the Seamless app. Domino’s: Well, our fax machine isn’t working so we haven’t received any Seamless orders. Me: That’s strange… because I’m pretty sure Seamless doesn’t operate via fax machine. Domino’s: What’s your address?(I give address). Yeah we don’t have your order. Me: Okay… well my credit card was charged. Domino’s:(Silence) Me: Can I order please? I ended up ordering and getting my pizza. He said 30 minutes or less, and it arrived in 40 minutes. All in all, I waited over two hours for a pizza and now have to obtain a refund for my first order via Seamless because this restaurant was not accommodating. In summary: Pizza is good. Customer service is shit. I work in customer service, and I would have accommodated someone who made an appointment with me via an online company we’re registered with, even if the appointment wasn’t transferred correctly. It’s just common sense.

This is the worst experience a had with a delivery. When I call and asked for Cali pizza they said that didn’t have e then call me back to do the order. Totally messed up. So, I did the order and my pizza arrived after 2 hours. Horrible experience!!!

I am not sure if it’s just this particular franchise or all of Domino’s but this pizza is terrible! They are currently advertising that they completely changed their pizza/sauce so it might be partially that but spare yourself. The sauce is gross and they are VERY stingy on the toppings. I ordered extra cheese and I swear it had LESS cheese than I would expect in a regular pizza. I will say their online ordering system is pretty nice because you can see what stage your pizza is at and when it gets sent out for delivery but that doesn’t change the fact that the food leaves a LOT to be desired.
