We stopped at this place while traveling and the Food was good all the time so we were happy with the high, good quality of food and fair prices. The thing that was unacceptable was the complete unfriendly, ungracious young person working there. We bought a lot of food and spent a lot and not even a smile, or thank you in anyway after paying or leaving. Also, their is an issue when they mess up the order as they did two other people when we were there. Instead of just being friendly and correct the order which was wrong they kinda get annoyed that you have called in to their attention in a rude way. We would definitely go back but they definitely need a lot of training in manners and a thank you to every customer should be a must.

123 has new owners – Carolyn and Mike have taken over this conveniently located food stop and upgraded the quality of the food and the overall operation. I tried a number of their menu items and all were delicious. I’ve visited there several times and was always very pleased with what I bought. Good prices, great values, attentive service. The sandwiches are all made to order(they don’t skimp) and the salads taste homemade. This family really knows how to prepare delectable food and have years of experience and knowhow. And, if you like Italian, this is the place to go. No better meatballs and the sausage and peppers, eggplant and chicken parm — mama mia!!! The staff is new, very professional and most helpful. Unfortunately, we are only here half the year. Regardless, I’m going to have them cater our annual Memorial Day party and a big birthday celebration coming up. We care about food and they do too!

GREAT food… but: The help is extremely slow, doesn’t speak english well and she messes up every order if there is more than one sandwich involved. She gets indignant when you tell her that she messed up the order. We’ve had enough and won’t go back in if she is there. No idea why she still works there! Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for this problem. EDIT: Owner contacted me and is assuring me that they’re working on the problems. Going to upgrade my review to a more positive note, since the food is really quite good! :)

Lots to like about this place on a lonely stretch of Route 9. Good food: — Full deli, fresh rolls and sandwich bread –Steam table with hot food –Huge selection of cold soft drinks –Plenty of coffee choices Good staff –Friendly –Efficient; I never have to endure a wait. –They never let you walk out the door with a napkin or straw. Easy parking too. Anyone who travels from Westchester to Putnam/Dutchess with any regularity on Route 9 must know about this little deli. They care about the place, no doubt in my mind. I must have stopped here 100 times and it is always the same story.
