I called upon Screen Repair Help to repair what I thought was a cracked screen on my iPhone. A representative (can’t remember name) came to my office, at the prescribed time might I add, and went to work on my phone. Gave me a call about 5 minutes later, and it turned out that it was only the tempered glass screen protector that I had installed that was cracked. When he told me that there wasn’t going to be a charge for this, I was impressed and very happy.
Two Lessons:
1) Screen Repair Help delivers high level customer service
2) If you habitually crack your phone screens like I do, spend the $ 20-$ 30 on a tempered glass screen protector!
