Stockade looks to have new faces. Not great yet but much much better. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Catfish was spot on for friday. Hope they continue with upward trend.

No no no. Driving through and found it. Don’t stop. Had to get up and find the server to get sodas. The «carpet» floor was disgusting with food all over it. The buffet food was worse than highschool cafeteria food. You get a steak with the buffet, the steak was so thin and not worth it. I felt bad for the poor cow who had to die for that horrible cut. The server was nice and attentive after the soda incident. Don’t go there and don’t believe the sign in front.

Worst steak I have had in a long time. To say the food is bland is paying it a compliment, the baked potato was old and yellow in the middle. I can say nothing good about the food.
Only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly.

Tv room closed again— yes they have a small room with TV for news and weather but it stinks like mold or mildew!
They say they have no wait staff to open other room — ?? I guess Not enough customers? Hum

Hate to just dog a place, I see it has plenty of bad reviews. It’s been over a year since we’ve eaten here, think it would have gotten better. Food is very bland, no taste! I guess they don’t know how to add seasoning while cooking?

Not sure if I have low standards or this place is the underdog for no good reason. Sure the space is run down and older than most fancy buffets. However the food here is juicy and delicious. When I come to place like this I stick to two things– mostly. Meats/​proteins and veggies. Both are delicious. I’ll ry some dessert at the end. But otherwise. To ME. And I’ve only been to a Golden Corral in California, this is WAY tastier than GC. Keep it up!

I don’t know how many bad reviews I’ve written but this place was just a let down on all accounts. Denny’s or Ihop would have been better. Hell I would have preferred Waffle House ten fold to this place. Everything I got besides the sausage and bacon was cold. My eggs were cold, my hasbrowns were cold, the fried chicken was cold (not necessarily a bad thing but it was on a hot buffet). Such a let down on all accounts.

Basically about as good as Golden Corral. Plenty of options at both the salad bar and buffet. Definitely try the crab salad at the salad bar… it’s the bomb. Breads are good as well.
Service is forgettable and they’re average in the clean department, but overall an A-​OK place to eat.
