I thoroughly enjoyed my half chicken lunch special. Chicken was perfectly seasoned and hint of wood grilled. Sides of onion, corn torts, rice beans and salsa bar. One of the better Pollo Regio restaurants I have been to so far. I will be back and eat here again ehile in town. My experience was very good

Waited 25 minutes in line. Got to the window and she asked my order again. I asked if it had even been put in. She said no. The two cars in front of me waited for their orders evidently too. Hence the 25 minute wait. Manager gave no explanation. Just an apology. My son had to be somewhere and we didn’t have time to keep waiting. He ended up going hungry and eating three hours later. Just disappointing. Had they explained the problem that would of gone far but instead they discussed the situation in Spanish and I had to ask what had happened several times. Only to be given zero explanation. I will not be back. Just rude and thoughtless behavior. They need to hire adults.

Our family eats pollo regio about twice a month. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! We usually get the pollo entero but I really love the caldo De pollo as well. Great service and great prices too. I’m hooked!
