Me and my friend came in at 11pm for a shake and were immediately greeted with a «Hello, Welcome to Whataburger» by 2 employees behind the counter and one cleaning a table. Usually the shakes are too thick to drink but these came out perfect. They were delivered to our table with a smile and we were even checked on later to see if we needed anything, Best trip to a Whatburger in a long time.

The owner of this place should take notice on the night crew’s BAD SERVICE! We went through the drive-thru and it literally took them 20 minutes to have a burger and salad ready (and the place wasn’t even busy!). All this to get to our hotel and notice we had been given the WRONG order! Went back and walked in, told them what had happened and STILL TOOK 20 minutes to have it ready!!! Forgot the forks and fries were cold =\. You would think whataburger would strive for excellence in their home town, but in this case they don’t.

If I could give a 0 star I would terrible service rude employees repeatedly messed up the order even after repeatedly saying it it’s really not rocket science! We told the guy who brought are food to us that we were missing several things and he said «Give me that bag I’ll look» and he snatched it out of my hand we asked him if we could have extra ketchup and he gave us two?

I had to get my late night wataburger fix and sweet tea. Cheryl and the staff are always friendly and fast. They do a great job keeping the food fresh and thr restaurant clean. I love coming fot breakfast. I will recommend this location to anyone ‚.

We came down from the san antonio for the selena de la flor. After the fiesta we went to taco cabana and as soon has we walked in the said it would a 45 min wait. looked around and hardly anyone in the lobby or drive through so we left and went to mc donalds, same thing. Went to this whataburger and it was packed in the lobby and drive thru yet they immediately greeted us and said they will be right with us. Got our food hot and fast. They were very nice. They did awesome!
