DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO!!! They up sell the warranty stating if you cannot get out a stain they will send a cleaner out. They came out did not even try. Less than 3 minutes in my apt.
PM if you have had the same issue. I am working on a claim and involvement from the new media to cover this. Also if I have enough claims then perusing legal action to help protect others.
Tech says they will do a warranty replacement and needs to take picture for the warranty. Starts taking a million pictures over and over again from every possible angle.
Later you find out it is until they got angles they wanted to claim you need to pay to clean the entire sofa to «protect your investment». When you refuse they they then refuse to clean the spot you called them for stating that until you clean the entire sofa they won’t clean the spot???
When you remind them of the covenants of the contract they claim «we cannot clean the spot because we don’t want to make the rest look bad so once you clean the entire price at your expense, we will come out to clean the spot». WTF???

Horrible Store, Two really bad experiences
1. I ordered a $ 2500 bedroom set for my daughter. Installers did a horrible job putting it together requiring me to go back over their work tightening important bolts and screws. IN ADDITION, they left this giant sticker on the side of the bed that was nearly impossible to remove without damaging the wood and paint.
2. I ordered a sectional. The delivery clowns showed up while some other guys were hauling out my old sofas. I had just gotten out of the shower and told the delivery guys that I would be out in a second. Instead I came out a few minutes later and they are gone with the furniture setting in my yard. After numerous calls and substantial waits with customer service I finally got through to them. They had some story about some guy telling them to leave the furniture in the yard!!! After waiting half the day for these buffoons to show up, I had to leave for business. Surprise, they finally come back to install the furniture but refuse since I am not at home saying that I must sign for it despite both the baby sitter and an assistant there to tell them exactly where it belongs.
I just told them to keep it. There are too many other furniture stores that make prompt and efficient delivery. Try Furniture Row!

I have purchased a few items online. The furniture is solid and I have rec’vd compliments on my mushroom colored tv console. Ordered black dresser and chest next. They are nice pieces for the money. While prices are not inexpensive, the total cost includes unpacking and setup. This alone is a bargain. Many online stores charge hundreds of dollars for shipping and then more dollars for setup and unpacking. I can’t say enough about their delivery and setup prices (included in delivery charges). Their delivery guys are always professional. I have never had any damages which in many internet deliveries I ordered from were common on 100% of of orders. I wish this site allowed reviews.

We stopped in looking for a recliner for an elderly parent.
The salesman «Tim» didn’t have what we needed but suggested a lift chair from a competitor down the street.
He made a customer for life with us for his unselfish recommendation.
