Papa John’s Pizza

We ordered the 3 medium 3topping pizzas for $ 21. They looked like they were mistakes from several hours ago. Horrible and cold. They did deliver in a timely manner and the driver was very nice, that is the only reason this location in flour bluff deserves 1 star.

Ordered a pizza here and everything tastes good. however the delivery drive was on the rude side. He called me and was really nasty and short tempered. That made this a 3 star experience and not a four star. The issue was fixed by simply not tipping him. I am a server so i typically tip really well. Don’t be rude to customers and then ask for a tip. (There is a tip for you)

Ordered 5 pizzas while on vacation with a big group of family. Order took over an hour, and they delivered someone else’s pizzas to us in error. We got 4 medium pizzas instead of 5 (2 large & 3 medium), and none of them were anything close to what we ordered. Called the store and manager refused to remake them unless we brought back the pizzas they delivered in error. Manager hung up on me and they did not answer the phone for the next hour and a half, when we finally gave up for the night. We were on vacation and had 6 hungry kids who began eating as soon as we brought in the pizza, before we realized it was wrong. Explained that, but it didn’t make a difference. Called the next day to speak to another manager, who called the Area Manager, Raymond Cantanilla. He was only willing to offer a $ 25.00 credit or refund (we paid $ 50.00) because the issue occurred the night before and not that day. I explained we had tried for at least 2 hours to resolve it the night before, but they were totally unwilling to do anything. I don’t think the day manager even apologized. Typically a Dominoes customer — excellent service every single time and prompt delivery. Won’t make this mistake again, and I’m sure anyone else who was in our large group will either.

Great pizza. Ready in 10 – 15 mins on a weekend.

Papa Johns consistently has some of the best pizzas I have had in the local area. The taste is great and its always hot and you can tell the ingredients are always fresh! The toppings are always plentiful and the staff is great.
