We stay at the Raddison every year for the Capital to Coast Relay. Nothing has changed in 6 years– breakfast buffet is fine– it’s the service that is terrible. No one knows what’s going on!

This placed sucked! Not to confuse it with the Raddisson, I finally did realize it was different! Thankfully so! We checked is super late on Wedensday night, so early on Thursday I was in need of coffee. Well as we normally book hotels with complimentary breakfasts, I assumed you just walked in sat down and served yourself or expected someone to greet us. I sat down poured 2 baby miniature styrofoam cups of coffee and sat down waiting for my boyfriend to arrive back. No one ever said a thing to me or asked me anything, 2 Russian speaking girls were talking about me though obviously. Was a bit uncomfortable, anyway my bf came back so we could eat, meanwhile looking at this place and the situation that occurred I talked him out of eating here. The breakfast buffet was $ 13.00 shouldn’t of been more than $ 5 the food looked terrible. So we got up to leave he asked to pay for the 2 baby coffees I had, they were so confused, had no clue. Finally the one girl came out with a $ 5 dollar bill. HA, I guess they also charged for the little bit of TV I watched!!! Beware… their bar service NO BETTER! Margarita on. Friday night, small plastic cup, $ 9.50, on Sat night same cup $ 15.00 RIP-​OFF and horrible service!!!

They fried a cockroach into my fish basket. This was after horrible service and my food came out cold.

Horrible. We’re excited to try out a new place and they had signs everywhere so we parked and went in. They said we could sit anywhere so we sat and waited 20 minutes. No one came to greet us, no waters, nothing. We got up and left and no one said a word to us.

I was eating breakfast buffet this morning with my family staying at the hotel. Nice presentation and nice staff member tending the buffet ! However, huge roaches in the dining area ! Never again !

We booked a room at then Radisson hotel and our room wasn’t ready so we stopped into the hotel restaurant. Our server seemed very confused about everything and our order took a long time to come out. She kept asking if we wanted cheese on our burgers which were specialty burgers that said they came with cheese but apparently she wanted to charge us an extra dollar to add more. When our order finally arrived it was wrong. 3 of our boys ordered burgers and they brought out chicken strips, the other got a PB&J with fruit and it showed up with fries. My burger was dry and I has to ask 3 times for mayo before receiving it and my Hawaiian burger with pineapple came with about ¼ of a slice of pineapple. They DID bring out the fries and chicken strips for the boys to eat while they waited for their burgers. We definitely will NOT be eating dinner in the hotel restaurant tonight.
