Thrasher Inspection And Termite Control Specialists

As with any major work around the house make sure you get more then one (at least three) estimates.
I found out that Thrasher Termite and Pest Control, Inc. did not do a thorough job in their initial termite findings. It turns out I not only had drywood termites but also subterranean termites. The truth to me seems like, the inspector didn’t take his time. The inspector didn’t even want to get under my crawl space (which is 4 ft tall, no crawling necessary). Apparently, a quick look with a flash light at 15 ft away is sufficient… I think NOT! He was quick to automatically recommend tenting my whole house. The reality is that tenting doesn’t get rid of subterranean termites (because the colonies live away from the home), so even after tenting i would still have a termite problem. If this is how Thrasher does their initial inspection, I’d imagine their work is not any better.
Do yourself a favor get several Quotes. Ive decided to go with a different company I suggest you choose wisely.
