Thanks to Mike! He has set up a excellent place to shop. Bright, clean, organized, and easy to shop. I wish my auto part store was like this. (One day!). Anyone one on the sales team at the Hydrospot can help you. It’s a pleasant experience when everyone is knowledgable and nice. Iv been to other small nurseries and other hydroponic «superstores» and it’s night and day. The Customer service is WAY better at the hydroSpot. I’m not a experienced Gardner by any means, iv always just grown the old school way. Dirt, seeds, water, wait, pull-​pluck and eat. Now I know the basics to help start, maintain, and harvest a healthy, pest free garden. I drive nearly 30 minutes for their service. Mike has got a great team at the HydroSpot, if you’re having any kinda plant I suggest giving these guys a call. You will not be mad at me!!!

I swung by this place looking for soil while visiting my parents for the holidays. They have about an acre of land with more plants than they can physically manage so I offered to revive some of their more valuable selections. With that said, all I could ever want, need, or even imagine is in this shop.
I live in Huntington Beach and can confidently say that I’ve been to just about every hydro, garden supply, and nursery within a 5 mile radius looking for amendments and tools I’ve needed for my own garden. Walking into this shop, I was blown away by the selection, prices, and genuine interest offered by the staff. They were thoroughly knowledgeable and despite the name, prefer organic soil grows with all the microbes over the synthetics.
I’m really not sure why there hasn’t been a review for this place yet, but I’ll gladly be the first to give them five stars and a recommendation in my book. There really isn’t a need to look anywhere else for your hydro or soil investments with this gem in your backyard. Looks like I’ll be visiting my parents more often.
