So I live right down the street from this place. They have like 4 two seater tables that are unusable Cus they’re so fucking tiny your plate won’t even fit on them. DONT SIT IN THOSE LOL. They really need to do something about the retarded layout in there to get more people seated comfortably or else 5 stars. Their burgers iz da shit. q

Slow. Don’t come hungry. Waitress was super nice. Seemed like they under staffed. But it was that way the other three times I’ve came too.

The food is amazing, but the wait to get it is ridiculous. Every time I’m here, it’s a guaranteed 30 minutes before I get my food, regardless of how many people are in the restaurant. Almost makes it not worth coming to.

I have been there a few times to eat and was never impressed from the start but chalked it up to being new and believing in second chances. But after my third horrible experience between the overpriced food and horrible wait times with the staff i vowed to never eat there.
Since this is the only close bar in the area i went a few times the «main» bartender is the worst, she seems like she wants to be anywhere but there, rude, slow and impersonal.
My last time ever going there was back in october. A large group of us showed up and it took 90 min for 12 people to get beer, and all the while she was complaining how her feet hurt and that she couldn’t wait to go home. I understand that while you do need to provide for yourself and your soon to be child, making your customers, those who will tip you is not the best way to earn money.

I have visited the location two times and had okay service the first time, and very poor service the second time. My first visit was a take out order. The food was quite good in my opinion. When I got home, I found that there was no napkins, condiments, or anything like that in the bag. Not sure why something like this is ever forgotten. Oh well. decided to give it another try. Came down to sit in the bar area and watch football. The bartender looked like she has having a difficult time or just a bad day. We couldn’t tell but knew there would be issues. It wasn’t a slow night, but it was by no means a busy night. After a while, she got int her groove of getting to everyone to see if they wanted drinks. Not just our table, but everyone. Asking for a menu seemed to offend her for some reason. The table with 5 people got them with no problem. When we asked we got a dirty look and was told it would be a few minutes. Okay. Whatever. I told my friend I didn’t like where the night was going and to take tabs of everything that we drank and ordered. Good thing we did. I was charged for 3 extra beers that I never drank, and he was charged for 1 extra beer and an extra $ 20 for some reason for food. Her excuse was that the point of sale system must have altered the prices. She wasn’t going to fix them until we said we would not pay for anything until our tabs were fixed. After she fixed them and we were okay with them she said next time we come in we will have to pay for each drink we get when we order them and the same for food as well. Really? Okay. I told her not to worry about that because we will not be coming back to this location especially if she is working. Sad because it is close to home and the prices are good during happy hour. Its unfortunate that this place has such a terrible bartender because it really is a cool place. Plenty of TV’s and a decent selection of beers.
Use caution when going to the bar area. Be ready for attitude when asking the bartender to do her job. We actually took pictures of our signed receipts in case that she altered anything after we included the tip. Everything was okay thankfully.
Food is okay. Beers are priced good… were not refreshingly cold but drinkable. Service was terrible. We will not be back.

I have eaten here a couple times and have not been disappointed. Even more important to me though is that the owner Nick seems to be a class act. Had a mixup at a gas station nearby with him (neither of our faults) and he apologized and offered us a free meal. Time passed and I didn’t take him up in the offer but it was he thought that counted. Thanks Nick! Chili burger is awesome BTW.

Stopped here because it was close by my friends house and really the only restaurant in the area. Cool décor, service was decent and food was OK, nothing I’d make a special trip to have again. Meh…

Went there tonight with my date to watch the football game. Sat in the bar… The bartender came over to see what we wanted to drink. My date asked «what kind of specials do you have and do you have margarita specials?». She pointed to the drink menu and said «you can read the menu «and walked away!!! How rude… We decided to move to a booth in the dining area and asked for a menu. Holly cute! The prices were ridiculous. We drank our drinks and left. Not a good experience!

Shelly is one of the best bartenders in the area! She always knows my order and never keeps me waiting for a refill!

What a great place to bring the family and friends… And the service is awesome… I tip my hat to the pregnant bar tender she’s so awesome. And the short one with the tattoos she wonderful… Great service. Great bar friendly family environment. Four thumbs up

Great local bar/​restaurant. Excellent service (especially Shelly and Windi). The décor is a little busy with all the stuff on the walls. The fluorescent lighting is a little annoying. Awesome jukebox. Great selection of beers on tap and the food is excellent… really improved over the past year or so.

I live in horsethief canyon and theres not a lot of places to eat nearby, so i was happy to try this place, good food, convenient location, and my server Melissa was awesome!

Cool atmosphere, but my pasta was basically a soup with how much sauce was put in it. It would have been so much better if they just took half of the amount they put on, off! In fact the sauce was actually good but it totally destroyed the pasta and added sausage. Darn.

Why can’t I give negative stars? This place couldn’t spell service let alone provide it. I will not exaggerate my situation because it isn’t necessary to support my review. There were, I’ll say 8 people in the bar and I was hungry so I thought I could order a beer and a chicken parm sandwich and it shouldn’t take to long. I wasn’t bossy, mad or angry but after waiting 45 min or more I paid for my beer and left. Sandwich came out just as I paid my bill and I couldn’t support a place by now purchasing this bs sandwich.
I feel like I should have read the horrible reviews and found another place. I figured «it won’t happen to me» You will end up saying the same thing. I have no axe to grind but seriously 45 min or longer for a chicken parm sandwich in a very lightly attended bar is ridiculous.
I see why there isn’t more business and it’s obvious.
How does this place remain open? It can’t sustain like this and maybe the next owner or bar takes over it could turn around, but there isn’t a chance in hell I’ll ever return and I’ll share my experience and you can decide if you want to gamble. There are many places to eat and have a beer so why risk a terrible experience here?

I love the burgers here, the tap selection is great, and the staff is fantastic! Now they serve great Mexican food, too! Jill was very knowledgeable on the beer they serve!

My experience with this restaurants mimics the other recent posts. Service is non-​existent, food is not very good. they can’t even seem to cook french fries well! I used to love their bloody mary’s but I guess they noticed people liked them so they switched to a pre-​made mix! I had an opportunity to bring in a large number of guests once a week for a month, and couldn’t even get the owner to return my call! Even if they couldn’t do it (hard to understand as restaurant is pretty much empty during the day), a phone call of appreciation. thanks but no thanks. seems to be appropriate. Overall, they make their customers feel like they could care less if we eat there or not, so I choose NOT. At $ 12+ per plate, there are too many other places to spend my money. It’s a shame as they are local and so many of us would love to have a place nearby to spend our money.

Just moved to the neighborhood with my family and very excited that there was a place that we could go and drink beer off of tap so close to the house ! Until we got there… Since I’m a fresh 21 year old I was indecisive of what beer I wanted asking if they had shock top on draft she quickly said no and rolled her eyes… My mom was very annoyed by this time, then I proceeded to order hot wings and me and my mom shared a antipasto salad, the server comes back to say they are out of wings. How do you
Run out of wings !!! We also asked for a side of olives for our salad and they didn’t even taste /​smell right. The other people that went with us said that there burger tasted like is was just about to expire… Needless to say I’d rather spend extra gas money on gas driving somewhere else than be served with a server who obviously doesn’t enjoy her job.
