Pizza Hut

Having been a Pizza Hut client for more than thirty years now, I have been really disappointed with this particular location. For the 12 years that I lived in Corona, we were very regular customers who ordered at least twice a month. We relied on whatever deal they had available for the day and would make our selections based on those.
This restaurant is in between the Sycamore Creek and Horsethief Canyon Ranch neighborhoods south of Corona. From a distance point of view, it has a decided advantage over any other pizza delivery willing to come out to this area.
Sadly, they have not honored any «deal» I have tried to pick from the online ordering system. It could be that there are some they do honor, but I haven’t been able to find one yet.
The food has always been good. No complaints there.
But spending $ 40 to $ 50 plus tip on each order to feed a family of four gets out of hand quickly. There are so many lower cost options available with a short drive to Lake Elsinore or Corona that we now opt for them instead.
Unfortunately, this location has fallen to our lowest rank now. I wish that was not true.

I’m new to the neighborhood. I’ve ordered four times (two delivery & two carry out). Every time I’ve ordered, the employees have been courteous and friendly. I like the hand tossed pizza crust, comes full of flavor and tastes great! I held off putting a review until this time just to make sure my experiences have been consistent. I’m always happy with the whole experience and will continue to order my pizza from here :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, extremely rude tonight, didn’t even apologize to me, I have 3 small children including a newborn with me and my order was suppose to be done what i got there but they said they would get it to me as soon as it got done, they absolutely neglected me and the other couple in front of me after they took my money, i sat there for 20 minutes before finally saying something and it turns out my order and the couples order in front of me had just been sitting in the warmer for 10 minutes, they didn’t bother to call us up when they put it in the warmer, they were too busy taking phone orders and giving everyone elses order that just walked in for pick up, i’m sorry but you can tell phone orders to wait, the people sitting there that have been waiting should have come first as soon as their orders were done, they didn’t care that i had three small children and they were very late with my order, when i finally said enough is enough, i went up and just asked them for a refund and to cancel my order because i couldn’t wait anymore the guy who was in charge said he couldn’t because he would get in trouble and that there was nothing he could do, will for sure be calling corporate on this horrible buisness

HORRIBLLLLEEEEEEE. Placed my order for carry out, waited 45 minutes for it. THEN I asked again for it, they had it in a delivery bag, AND to top it off the order was incorrect. Lastly, had the nerve to say it’s going to take longer to make the correction.

Why push online orders when you don’t look at them? Ready in 15 mins??? More like ready when you feel good and ready to get around to checking your orders.
It’s been 30 mins since you said it would be ready and yet I’m still waiting. Thanks for the free time to Unilocal you!
I think delivery would be faster.

We’ve ordered from this pizza hut a few times. To be completely honest this isn’t the best location in this area… But they are the only location that delivers to the Eagle Glen area now, so we are stuck with them unless we order from a different location and pick it up. Anyway they are slow as crap, and the quality of their pizzas are lacking big time. Its like they don’t care about customer satisfaction. They just throw it altogether all sloppy like. This location messed up our order once as well, which sucked. They had to remake our pizzas.

Worst excuse for a supreme pizza! Hardly any toppings. and super greasy. I think I’m done with Pizza Hut.

I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 thin crust and 1 thick crust and both were thin crust when delivered. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. Never again! Everyone was joking that the box they came in was probably better tasting than the pizza. I thought this Pizza Hut was the only place that delivered to my area by Tom’s Farms, but today I ordered 2 pizzas from Pappa John’s and they were delicious! They deliver in my area! Never again Pizza Hut!

I don’t particularly care for the Pizza Hut chain. Specifically because their food is extremely greasy and is not of the highest quality in comparison with other companies like pieology, dominoes and Papa Johns. However that is not the fault of the franchisee at this location. My 3 star rating is strictly due to the fact that the drivers at this facility are horrible and obey almost no traffic laws. Nor do the delivery individuals check orders to make sure they’re accurate before they are delivered. We are no longer ordering from this pizza hut in or are we ordering from the Pizza Hut chain any longer until they do a substantial increase in quality on their food and quality of their staff.

This place is a hit or miss, I have ordered from this location many times since it’s the nearest location, many times it’s little details like arriving 5 – 10 minutes late, not being done on time, or having less than normal amount of toppings, in my experience. Packing may also lack from time to time but it was never enough to make me completely give up on this location until yesterday. I ordered a large pizza with a flavored crust, wings and waffle fries. When I arrive there’s already a customer bringing back his pizza because his crust wasn’t flavored, as stated on the receipt. So I made sure to check mine, it looked like there was nothing on so I told Garen I ordered a flavored crust, he assured me it was saying «the Internet makes them seem so pretty but in reality you can’t tell the difference.» So I let it go. I paid for my order and had to ask for my wings and waffle fries because he didn’t notice I had also ordered them. Unfortunately, I didn’t check them too. I get home taste the pizza, it was not flavored! I have a wing and they are barely warm, nearly cold, I had to heat them up. Then we get to the fries… wow…day old, cold, hard, inedible fries. The box looked as if they just threw them in, I have ordered them before so I know what they taste like and how they come packaged. I open the box and there is literally, 6 normal sized waffle fries and the rest are like crumbs, no paper lining no ketchup… just garbage. Never again going back!

Melissa and John went above and beyond their hourly needs. Melissa took my order when the oven was shut off. She turned it back on and John delivering my food thank you Pizza Hut your Awesome!!!

We just moved to the area and ordered Pizza Hut due to it being the only Pizza food chain that delivers to our area. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the first time we ordered Pizza Hut it was warm, and delish. The second time the pizza was ok but very oily. Tonight we gave Pizza Hut another go well the pizza arrived late :(the driver clearly did not want to be working, he proceeded to tell my husband how tired he was and how overworked he was. The food was nasty, pizza was very oily, cold, and hardly any toppings just a lot of pizza dough. I will never I mean never order from Pizza Hut again, I will starve first! From now on its Mountain Mikes in Corona I will drive, its so worth it.
Pizza Hut needs to get it together!

I am a fan of delicious pizza. So four stars for this Pizza Hut, so conveniently close to home. There is always a great deal, much appreciated. Love the original hot wings, and the deep dish pizza crust. The pasta isn’t too bad either. Love Pizza Hut, but it’s not a favorite.

We live in the neighborhood but still have pizza choices… and always choose pizza hut!
Staff is friendly, pizza is always hot, cheesy and delicious, and it is always ready when they say it will be.
If you’re into wings, they have a wingstreet too. Try the extra crispy spicy bbq. Too yummy!
Only thing missing? They should lease the storefront next door and make it a sit down place with a salad bar. With all the sports in the neighborhood, they’d make an after-​the-​game killing! Don’t forget the beer!

Out in the middle of nowhere, visiting a friend and hungry. What to eat? Pizza Hut, of course. We arrived to pick up some pizza after shopping in the Vons next door, and were quickly helped.
The prices are easily found and there were a few specials also.
The cashier was friendly, and when we returned to pick the pizza, we were informed that they had made one wrong, were already fixing another one now, and we could have the incorrect one anyway.
Excellent customer service by a great crew.
