Why did I even come here?
Because I wanted to try out their new app and get $ 10 off $ 20 for your first purchase.
Ordered at home, drove to store, they did not have order.
Ordered 3 more times with the app which was a pain and took forever, inputting my credit card info each time and still they did not get the order, even when I showed it being placed on my phone, they could not honor the price and I finally paid full price just to get out of there.
The food was disgusting, i could get better for $ 20 anywhere else.
Especially in California where there are fantastic tacos on every corner, coming here is a disgrace.
I should have saved my money and just left, not one thing I ate, from chicken to beef or steak, tacos to burritos, all was disgusting and not worth eating again ever.

Drove up and an employee’s car was parked blocking the drive thru. Cars were lined up behind the car honking, the windows were tinted and could not see inside the car to know no one was there. There was no sign saying the drive thru was closed. As soon as we walked in, an employee stated, «I guess I should move my car.» Then while inside, after ordering, requested to use the restroom and Jasmine said I’ll do it. Waited 5 minutes for her «to do it.»

Service was good, just as expected from a Taco Bell, everyone was friendly, nothing special, but nothing to complain about.
Would return if I was in the area again.

Hurts them to give you sauce packets here. As if they are loosing commision! I ask for a handfull of fire sauce for my 2 bags of food they give me 5 packets as if thats enough. This happens all the time.

Food O.K. (burrito supreme and locos tacos), but place was dirty and nasty looking, with overflowing trash bins, food and debris on tables and floor, as well as around drink dispenser area. Don’t these people care about the appearance of their location which has a miserable 2.5-star average rating?
Also, kids using push scooters INSIDE the location and no Taco Bell worker bothered to tell them NO. WHY?

I’ve only been in drive through and sometimes I don’t check in but rest assured I go here too often. It’s really hit or miss, if you get a decent staff it’s efficient and quick if you get the other guys, you literally will sit for 15 – 20 min… I go based upon how long and how quick the line is when Im at the bank.

Decent Americanized Mexican food for a great price. Lots of flavor! Only downside is that sometimes they take a while, even on small orders.

This place is disgusting, the health inspector should shut them down.
It’s the only place I have been to with an inside bathroom that you have to go ask for a key.
The food was served on filthy dirty trays with no sanitary paper and there was a bum sleeping on one of the tables at 12:30 in the afternoon.

Had a bad experience today. I was literally waiting like 10 min today just to place an order. They are really understaffed here. I would have given them one star but I really like their Beefy Crunch Burrito.

I have been through the drive-​thru of this Taco Bell many times before. I agree with Andrew’s review on many occasions I got the friendly guy worker who jokes and asks about your day. Well not today!
Today I got the rude 18 + yr old drive-​thru worker Priscilla. What a stereotypical fast food employee if I ever met one, and I used to work fast food when I was in high school. So I know! I ordered at the speaker and was the only car in the drive-​thru. Once I ordered my 9 yr old daughter of course wanted to add some cinnamon twists. I asked at the window and Priscilla tells me «people like you are always adding things at the window. You need to complete your order at the speaker and that’s it.». WTF? While she is saying this and I have my money in hand my food including what I added on at the window is sitting on the drive thru counter getting cold. So it took her more time to bitch about it than to just deal with it and take my money. No cars behind me waiting. Only me waiting for her to finish!
Needless to say I will not ever come back to this restaurant. I don’t think they want customers money anyways. Priscilla didn’t want to sell me anything extra. Something that was already pre made and I could see from my car sitting under a heat lamp. If it was just me in the car I would have told her never mind and drove away. But my 9yr old would have died if I left without her food.

As far as Taco Bell’s go, I’m a fan of this one. I’ve only used the drive-​through, but they have this one drive through guy who is amazingly nice. He asked me how my day was, made some small talk, and made a joke. Makes the drive through something I actually looked forward to next time!
The food was good. Got the new steak cantina tacos. One of the few things on the menu that can eaten as a relatively healthy alternative to normal fast food junk. They were a bit messily thrown together, but whatever. They tasted good, the price was right, and it was filling (3 tacos and a large drink for $ 5.43).

I went to this location one night after work just to get a quick bite to eat… so my order was going smoothly until… dun dun dun… he gave me my total, and i asked him to read it back to me. he messed it up so i corrected him, then he read it back again and it was STILL wrong! i finally told him i will drive to the window so we could get this right and i could get my chow on. so i drove around and told him my order ONE more time… and guess what. u got it, it was wrong. now I’m patient when there is some kind of techno glich (i.e. speaker boxes), but this poor fellow could hardly speak a lick of English. and you know how they have those display things with your total on it. well it was wrong when i did finally pay (i should of just left i was so fed up… yet SO hungry) so i called the 1 – 800 number and i don’t think it did anything
so my point is that i absolutely refuse to dine at this location ever. EVER EVER again, it was the worst TB experience of my life, and i like TB. :-(

Dear Bell De La Taco:
You gave me sustenance during my most trying times in life (high school) when only one dollar would give me the ability to buy a bean and cheese burrito, and a glass of water…(which I lovingly remember we nicknamed ‘water days’) but surrepticiously filled up with coke (give me the caffeine dammit. i’m an addict)…
You did well. I remember you fondly… and always will… even though nowadays I have 2 whole bucks for lunch!
