Not even service was provided, I was there at 6:00am for almost 10min and the lady was on the phone and I told her that I was in a hurry and she replied to me that was on the phone with her manager and to wait, this staff have not experience working on customer service. Hope they make some adjustments on their personal.

Stopped here because we had to wait on meds at cvs. It’s a small but easy to find location. We were greeted immediately with a smile. The cashier was more than willing to help us and thanked us for coming in. The store itself was clean as far as I could tell. I would go back if I’m in the area.

Not going back until new staff is hired. I went in at around 10:30 last night and their employee Neil made racist remarks toward me and other Latino customers. He continued to talk back to customers and said«This is America, we speak American english. It’s in the constitution.» …this remark itself was ridiculous He continued to make these remarks until he realized we were going to file a complaint. If it wasn’t for me calling him out for his racist remarks, customers leaving & threating to file a complaint he would have continued. This behavior was unacceptable. Worst customer service. His remarks forced us to do nothing but leave the store and find somewhere else to eat.

Went here to get 2 and a half sandwiches they were nicely made but there are some issues thats why im giving this place only 3 stars. The girl and the guy that were working the night shift were moody for some reason i came in and i just stood there for 10 to 15 minutes until they finally notice me. really? They dont hear the door open? Also the guy that made my sandwiches i asked for avocado on all. And all places use a knife when they put avocado, but this guy had the nerve to use his fingers. He used gloves but still thats a bad reputation for the subway franchise. Well at the end i got my sandwiches and even after all that i thank them out of courtesy. Yup not even a reply. I just dont get whats with this places and why are people always in a mood when all they do is just make sandwiches. Subway really need to hire people that wanna work and serve for happy customerwith a smile and with good manners and not Make their day worst than it already has to be. This place only Gets 3 stars because last place i went was more horrible than this. Atleast this place didnt make my sandwiches sloopy. If your coming to This place i wouldnt recommend staying. And keep a close eye on your Food and how they prepare it.

Horrible experience! I love subway and I work up the street so I always go to this particular one and each time I have a terrible experience! This time the girls just stood around talking as I waited to be helped. Took them almost 30 min to make my sandwich now I have 10 min to eat. Hopefully they hire new staff

I went tonight to get my favorite sandwich and everything was perfect but the guy didn’t toast my bread. He put it in the machine but it didn’t toast. I still ate it but it wasn’t the same. Dissatisfied

Ordered a tuna sandwich, and the amount of tuna was less than half of what other subways put on the sandwich. Ive been ordering this for 15 years and this was a laughable amount. Asked for more meat and she said $.50 but then charged $ 1.50. Sandwich was poorly made, über disappointing. Whole time she was making this awful sandwich I was thinking to myself«this is why no one goes to subway anymore»… Waste of $ 6

Went in Tuesday about 4:30 p.m. for their promotional«Any Sub for $ 6» and opted for the Subway Club. Excellent as usual, however there were a few issues: 1. Place was super COLD inside with the aircon blasting and the counter employees seemed unfazed by the concern of several of we customers. She said that she had mentioned it to the manager, but the manager told her not to touch the thermostat. What kind of craziness is that? Why not allow the employees to make it comfy for we guests? Bad management. 2. Floor was dirty with food remains, as were several table tops. Looks like no one is fighting over cleanliness at this operation. 3. 300 packets of salt and NO pepper. Why? Also, no napkins given with my food. Why? Man, these are simple things that just don’t seem important to the workers here. No wonder they have a so-so 3-star Unilocal rating. 4. Loud RAP and hip hop music great for TEENS, but there are rarely any of them in this location. How about something more appropriate and soothing on the nerves of those of us over age 18?

I stop here for lunch often. Is clean and well kept. Some of the staff seem to be new or not up to speed but thanks a particular employee my experience is always great. Carla is her name and she always has a smile on her face. No matter the situation, she immediately takes charge and takes care of the customer. I was just there today 7.31.15. And service and food was great.

Looks like the old management came back. The place was dirty, no parking, no air conditioning and the sandwich was lousy. Their water tasted like it came from the sewer. I would expect better from a subway. I will never will go back to that location.

Was working in the area and my co-worker took me to the nearest Subway and this was a few miles away in what looked like the old part of Corona. Surrounded by a lot of car repair places & such. This Subway was located in a mini-mall with ample parking. I got a footlong Italian BMT on italian herbs & cheeses bread. It was standard stuff. They put together my sub quite quickly & more importantly, correctly so I have no complaints there. The employees were nice enough. Its just that the restaurant itself and the small layout of the dining room is just not a good look. It definitely needs updating. It would go a long way IMO to improving the dining experience.

I eat here once to twice a week. They tell me the specials, they always get my order right and I have had no problems. Young kids, who simply do their jobs, but I am not there to socialize. My only issue is a few times my bread has been a little hard on the edges. Otherwise, no complaints. Place is clean and the food tastes like Subway.

Loud hip hop music. Could barely hear myself order. And made the mistake of asking if the music could be turned down. They didn’t oblige. Hard to dine-in and enjoy a little peace when the speakers are blaring. Also, the staff seemed annoyed I was causing them to work by ordering food.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I was so unimpressed with the speed of service and the quality. There was only 2 people in the shop and 5 people behind the counter and none of them seemed to know what they were doing because it took to long to address my presence. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they asked if I wanted it heated?(Ummmmm did I want a cold chicken breast? no.) Anyways then I got to pay my bill and the MANAGER, Natalie was so rude and impersonal she didn’t look you in the eye or anything. I went to go eat and my sandwich was COLD so I took it back in and they microwaved my chicken sandwich. it was then gross. The manager Natalie spoke so harshly to her employees and to me as a customer, It doesn’t surprise me that her employees are much like her. Management matters, It shapes your employees. I will now be going to Togo’s.

I was pleased with the employees speed of service! There was a decent line going when I got there, but the employees worked at a fast pace and I was in and out of there pretty quick. The only complaint is subways method of making salads. They use this hand held chopper that is actually pretty blunt, it seems. When they«chopped» my salad, the spinach and tomatoes just looked mangled and dented. Overall, a better subway than I would have expected from this location.

As far as subways go this one was pretty bad. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with just my being there. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich soup combo. The broccoli cheese soup was cold and watery. Definitely going around the building to Togos next time.

Never too full. Can always get my order pretty fast. One time they got my sauce wrong and they were happy to fix it. Not sure why all their ingredients are always covered. Makes it hard for you to choose which toppings you want.
