I’m writing the review when I wrote it because Unilocal prompted me to write the review. I have no idea who your mother is and have never even been to a Panera. So I have no idea what you’re talking about. You’ve never provided a follow-​up phone call and the carpets definitely felt dirty after they were cleaned. The professionalism was lacking and the quality of service was lacking as well. If you want to give cash to my former next door neighbor she will send it to me at my new address. To everyone else I would be suspicious of anyone who has only 5 star reviews because nobody on Unilocal as only 5 star reviews. Not even the best restaurants and best hotels best bars in the world. And now you know why he bribes people who write negative comments

George and his team is amazing, I never wrote a review but I felt like I needed to after I saw marina 1 star review. She sounds like one of those people that will find a way to complain about everything.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and the owner George! I felt uneasy finding someone on Unilocal to come to my home because anyone can create a profile. I didn’t know if the company was legitimate or not. George took my fears away by going above and beyond. He answered all my questions and worked around my schedule. I immediately felt very comfortable and confident that George and his employees were the right people to clean my home. I would definitely recommend them for any home cleanings!

Joe came here today and did a wonderful job. I did not expect it could be that well. Amazing! Everything got cleaned except for ink marks. It is understandable that ink may not be able to get cleaned. Overall, great job and hard work.

Fast. Efficient. Courteous. What more could you want? How about a good deal! To take care of 4 bedrooms and a hallway, it was about 1.5−2 hours of cleaning. Be advised that you will need about 7 – 8 hours to dry with the windows open. Also, JOE was really kind and worked very hard.

I have been in contact with George for a good 2 weeks. My dad just bought a house in Corona and i wanted to have the house cleaned before my family moves in as my gift for them. Unfortunately, it took the agents longer time to hand over the keys to the house so it was hard to schedule the cleaning. I have been texting/​calling George to make changes of the cleaning day and at one point, i already felt embarrassed to contact him again.
and the day finally came. My dad got the keys Thursday and I immediately texted George if he can come Friday and he did! He did a great job with the carpets and the house cleaning. i asked him if the blinds are included in the cleaning and he did say no which is a bummer lol but he did mentioned that they cleaned the ones that are really dirty. All in all, my family and myself are pretty happy with the job he did. I can’t wait to visit my dad’s new house!

I called 12 different places and everybody quoted me $ 50 to $ 65 dollars more than this guys. I have a 8 week puppy so u can imagine all the accidents :(came in to find my carpet spotless! Thanks Anthony!

Amazing guys!!! They are a group of college students looking a way to pay for their tuition and they sure do take pride in what they do. I was very pleased with their service, I recommend them to everyone!

George and his team at Mr Steam Carpet and Steaming are amazing! They were professional from the moment I called to get a quote to the moment they finished cleaning all the carpet in our whole house and even 4 large pieces of furniture. They finished earlier than the time they quoted on the phone and there were no harsh chemical smells. Our carpet looks as new as the day it was installed 16 years ago. They take their jobs seriously and have pride in what they do.

If you want your carpets cleaned I highly recommend these guys. Came right on time and they work fast. The job I needed them to do was my carpets and tile and they did a phenomenal job at both. Nice truck and friendly service. Definitely calling them again for any work I need.

These guys exceeded every expectations I have. After my move from Venice last year I rented out a place where the carpet needed some serious help! I called around and got different quotes from different vendors, and Mr Steam was competitive enough. They showed up on time, got the job done to perfection! While they were there they looked at my couches.
Some of my furniture was dinged and my couches were stained last year from my Venice move, so they treated the spots I have on my couches for a charge that was next to nothing!
So all in all Amazing service! Prompt, clean, and polite! All of the qualities you are looking for found in one company. Thank you for doing an amazing job on my couch! I will call you again.
