Been with this storage facility for 3 years now. Clean, pricing is fair and customer service is excellent. Alma at the front desk is always willing to help if you need it. She has GREAT people skills and is a very sweet girl. I also had Mari help me out the other day and she was just as pleasant to deal with. I’m not going anywhere else for my storage needs!

Love this place prices are cheap storage units are clean staff is ultra friendly. I’ve been to many other storage places this one’s the best by far the staff is always there to help you when you need them. There hasn’t been a time where they haven’t helped me right away. and if they were busy they would try to get to me as soon as possible and apologize for any wait.

Do not get a storage here unless you have hours to waste. The office hours are false. No one is EVER in the office. You need to make an appointment just to get in the office and once you do finally find someone to help you they want you to bend to THEIR schedule
The customer service here is horrible. I waited 2 hours to get into the office and then was told they were too busy to help. Their rents are cheap but it is not worth the headache
